To Whom It May Concern:
We are writing to inform you that Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. (“Blizzard” or the
“Company"), located at 1 Blizzard Way, Irvine, 92618, has experienced a reduction in force.
Enclosed in Exhibit A is a list of the job titles of the positions to be affected, and the
number of affected employees in each job classification. All impacted employees have been
notified, effective February 12, 2019, and are being provided 60 days of continued
compensation and benefits. Bumping rights do not exist. None of the affected employees are
represented by a union.

The following information is provided in accordance with the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA") and
the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act (“OW8PA”)

3. Allselected employees are eligible for the severance pay being offered under @ separation agreement
[Separation Agreement”)
4, All employees who are being offered consideration under a Separation Agreement and asked to waive
claims under the ADEA and OWBPA must sign a Separation Agreement and return it to 1 Blizzard Way,
Irvine, CA 92618 within 45 days after receiving Separation Agreement. Once the signed Separation
Agreement is returned, the employee has 7 days to revoke the Separation Agreement.
5. The following is a listing of the ages and job titles of employees who were and were not selected for
termination of employment and the offer of consideration for signing a Separation Agreement, rlating to
the layoff described in number one, above. Except for those employees selectéd for layotf, no other
employee is eligible or offered consideration in exchange for signing the Separation Agreement.
