Aqualight meditationIts a water element based meditation , which uses the harmonics of the body MU-AAA-EEEto activate the bodys crystalline energy and tune it to the higher frequencies . This body is a nuclear reactor , where light can be generated and used to change matter . Thats the purpose of thismeditation , with loving energy waves , energy is being generated using the crystals in our body andthen channeled to where it is needed , could be in the body , to someone else or to the environment.All life is connected thru a web of energy and we are all sharing vibes . Thru aqualight highlycharged laser light is emitted from the body and send outward , to achieve harmony , stillness.Our body is made of 70 percent water , and this water exists in harmony in a pyramidal form . Dueto absence of spiritual processes , this water loses this pyramidal energy . Using the Jal mudra andSound MU-AAA -EEE this energy is restored pyramid returns into the body . Mind calms andmerges into nature .Steps : It can be practised anytime anywhere , effects more near full moon and at night . Those whoare practising Sooryayog regularly can feel immense benefits from it . Its important to be avegetarian and having love for all beings . One has to be a light worker , that is working to helpuplift the world from the dark age into the light age . Thats the commitment one has to make for this process to really work . Otherwise its just a physical exercise with no inner energy changehappening. Switch on the Tanpura or soothing music and chant MU-AAA-eee , before beginnningto tune ur voice to inner harmonies.1. Form the Jal Mudra2.Bring the Jal mudra to the Swadishtana , close ur eyes and meditate . Feel ur breath , ur  breath is like an ocean wave , continously moving in and out .Meditate on it and u will feelthe pyramid appearing around u .
 
3.Raise ur hands above ur head few centimetres above the sahasrara , this activates the pyramid around the body .4.Now start moving downward in a clockwise spiral movement from head to ur moladhara or root chakra . Then go back up in an anticlockwise spiral movement back to top of head ,then come back downward in a clockwise spiral movement. Put the mudra on theswadisthana and meditate . This process is based on the natural spiral energy flowshappening in the water inside our body , It activates all the glands and energy channels .
 
5.After meditating , move ur hands up and down along the energy meridians synchronisedwith the breath first on the right side and then the left side . While this is happening chantinwardly MUUU-aaaa-eeee. Starting from mooladhara to swadishtana and then back . Muu-aaaa-eeee -aaaaa- muu chanting goes on inwardly.
