Motion for Continuance of Trial on Motion for Sanctions filed by the Office of the U.S. Trustee;

IT IS ORDERED that the Motion for Continuance is GRANTED and that the present

Trial setting of October 27, 2010 is removed from the Court's docket and that the Trial on the

Motion for Sanctions filed by the Office of the U.S. Trustee is rescheduled for Wednesday,

December 1, 2010 at 9:00 a.m., 500 Poydras Street, Courtroom B-709.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that bench books, a pretrial order and trial briefs

(optional) shall be filed by 5:00 p.m., on Monday, November 22, 2010.
