Dear Parents and Guardians,

Keone’ula Elementary School is pleased to announce an exciting new initiative which will enhance our
communication with parents and our community. We are putting into service a SchoolConnects
automated notification system provided by SynreVoice Technologies Inc. SchoolConnects can deliver
a wide variety of messages by phone and e-mail to parents and our staff members efficiently.

We will be utilizing SchoolConnects for only this school year as the Department of Education has
allocated funds for school to use this service. If you have more than one child attending Keone’ula
you will only receive one phone message and/or e-mail. You have the option of having
SchoolConnects call your mobile phone to ensure that you personally get the messages.

Please let us know which phone number you would like messages sent to and we will be glad to make
the change for you. Whenever your contact phone numbers or e-mail addresses change, please inform
us. If you do not want SchoolConnects to call or send e-mail messages to you, please complete the
attached form and return it to your child’s teacher. We will take you off the distribution lists.

We are excited about using SchoolConnects to enhance communication and improve the quality of
