Dear Mr. Robinson and Mr. Hoffman:Re 96D217I received Mr. Robinson' s letter of 18 October 200
Thank you very much. If I understandcorrectly from the third paragraph of the letter, Ms. Dombrowski may not at this point pursue achange of custody, but is asking that the requirement for supervised visitation be lifted. 1willaddress those issues, but first, I would like to discuss the subject of the website. This website wasestablished for Ms. Dombrowski. It is my impression that the site has been a dismal failure inattracting a mass audience. It has primarily been an electronic podium from which Ms.Dombrowk,; ""d her mother, Betty Stumpf c><coriateJudge Anderson and Attorney GeneralStovall. It has also attracted a group of people who have left messages on the site's bulletin board. These messages have become progressively more ominous and I would offer a couple of examplesbelow:An emailfromaDennisBeam(dbeamI23@yahoo.com)dated October 17th, 2001 states:"Claudine, I have been following your plight and your courage and endless energy to save yourdaughter is to be commended ..
just want to let you know that a real father who cares about hischildren would NEVER do what this monstcr is doing to you. There are a lot of people here inTopeka ready and willing to serve Justice to this thing that calls himself"Dad" what an idiot!' Ihope he is watching his back..
know I would if I were him (scum). There are a lot of real menvery angry with scum dad, all over the abuse and violence he has and continues to do. Ilave peaceof mind. Claudine, his Justice will come, in one way or another." Mr. Beam was apparentlymoved to send this message after hearing Ms. Dombrowski speak at the March Against Violenceprogram last Wednesday.
