The following information was taken from a Tulsa Police Department Supplemental report #2003-055722, submitted by Detective Jeff Felton and has been paraphrased for clarity and brevity.

On August 16, 2003, at approximately 1045 hours, Detective Felton interviewed a suspect, William Hauck. Hauck stated Brandon Green picked him up on July 3,2003, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and they drove to the Doubletree Hotel and spent the night. Hauck stated in the next room were Gordon Todd Skinner, and Krystal Ann Cole, and Brandon Green. Hauck stated the next day Green, Skinner, and Cole were going to take "wafers". Hauck stated he went to Yukon, Oklahoma to see his daughter. Hauck stated he returned to the Doubletree Hotel with Skinner on July 5, 2003, and when they arrived Green was still in an intoxicated state. Hauck stated Skinner told him he gave something else to dope up Green. Hauck stated Skinner pulled the covers back and Green's testicles were swollen, and then Skinner struck Green in the penis. Hauck stated Skinner told him he was going to get even with Green for sleeping with his wife. Hauck stated Skinner told him that he injected Green's penis with a chemical that would cause deterioration of the tissue and cause an onset of gangrene. Hauck stated Skinner said he wanted Green to lose his manhood. Hauck stated the next time he saw Green he was with Christie Roberts. Hauck stated Roberts also observed Green tied up with duct tape, and she removed some of the tape from Green's mouth. Hauck stated Green was crying to Roberts and said Skinner injected him with something and he needed help. Hauck stated he heard Krystal Cole tell Roberts the he was duct taped because he started "tripping" on the drugs, and they did not want him to hurt himself or get in trouble by the police. Hauck stated he, Cole, and Roberts left the room, and when they returned Green was docile again. Hauck stated Skinner told him he injected Green again. Hauck stated at Skinner's request he took Roberts downstairs, and he explained to her that Green was a snitch for the DEA. Hauck stated when he returned to the room, Skinner told him to come here. Green was duct taped, and Skinner grabbed a phone cord and wrapped it around Greens penis and jerked on it hard enough that he heard "cartilage snap". Hauck stated that Skinner said, "the gangrene had probably set in and the penis was going to fall off. Hauck stated Skinner had shaved Greens head, eyebrows, legs, and arms. Hauck stated Skinner told him he assaulted Green anally because he wanted him to take him to Houston where he would give him something to fry his brain, and when authorities found him, they would think he was a doper. Hauck stated that Skinner injected Green with an unknown substance to knock him out. Hauck stated he drove Green to Houston in Greens vehicle. Hauck stated he got a hotel room and waited for Skinner and Krystal Cole. Hauck stated while they were in Houston, he observed Skinner inject Green with butterfly needles that caused him to go into convulsions. Hauck stated he observed Skinner do this numerous times. Hauck then stated he drove Green to Texas City, while Skinner and Krystal Cole followed him, and they left Green in a field by his vehicle. Hauck stated Krystal Cole picked him up and drove him back to a Houston Motel where Skinner was waiting. Hauck stated he believed Krystal Cole got involved because she thought of it as something out of a movie. Hauck stated Krystal Cole likes to be around drugs and money, and Skinner has both. Hauck stated Krystal Cole helped clean the room after Green was shaved.

On September 11,2003, Krystal Ann Cole Skinner was charged in Tulsa County District Court with Count One, Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping and Count Two, Kidnapping, in CF-2003-4213.

On November 15, 2006, the defendant waived her rights to a jury and non-jury trial and entered a plea of no contest. A Pre Sentence Investigation was requested and sentencing was scheduled for January 29, 2007 at 9:30 a.m.

DEFENDANT'S VERSION: The defendant provided the following written statement regarding the instant offense. All grammar, spelling and syntax are that of the defendant.

"Brandon and I went to the DEA. Skinner found out somehow. He drugged me and kept me against my will for day at the RenaissanceHotel; then he strangled me and almost broke my neck the day before Brandon was kidnapped. The only drugs I willingly took during the kidnapping were Oxycontin and Valium. I was in so much pain; I could hardly turn my head. Kristy Roberts told me that Skinner had given me LSD without my knowledge of it. Skinner kidnapped Brandon to prove to Brandon and I that we shouldn't have gone to the DEA. I was so afraid for my own life and Brandon's life throughout the nine days. William Hauck was introduced to me by Skinner as an old military intelligence buddy and hit-man. I was afraid of him as I was of Skinner even though I had only known Hauck for two weeks; he was cold and emotionless. He said that whenever I left his/Todd's military team was watching me. He kept calling into somewhere to get authorization for what they were doing to Brandon. They both talked with military jargon saying thinks like "memory wipe" and threatening to give us both a "chemical lobotomy" if we got out of line. When Skinner drugged me at the Renaissance Hotel earlier that week, I remember him calling into somewhere too. He said his number and date of birth just like Hauck did. Maybe it was all an elaborate act, however at the time I believed it completely, I was scared to death, in pain, on drugs, and without sleep. I did what they said and tried not to piss them off any Worse.

In my mind the first priority was to stay alive. I didn't want to die, and I didn't want Brandon to die. Skinner injected Brandon with drugs multiple times throughout the kidnapping. Each time he did it Brandon would have problems. Skinner and Hauck didn't seem to care if Brandon lived or died. His lips would start to turn blue and his lungs would sound sputtery, wheezy, like he had aspirated. I would sit him up, pat on his back, and beg him to breathe. I gave him drinks of Gatorade. Each time Brandon would start to come around and make noise Skinner would inject him again. I tried to keep Brandon quiet so Skinner wouldn't hurt him anymore. I lied to him and told him that he had a bad trip and that he shaved his own hair part of the way and I shaved the rest. I told him whatever I could to keep him quiet because each time Skinner injected him he got closer to death. I didn't want him to die. His penis was turning black so I got him antibiotics for what Skinner had done to it. Hauck drove him to Texas. Skinner and I drove down a day later. Then Hauck and I dropped Brandon off in a field. I got him kit-kat bites and two bottles of water so that he would be able to stay hydrated. He was only twenty feet away from the road. There were houses, stores, and a highway nearby. Skinner had wanted to keep him for two more days; Brandon wouldn't have made it much longer. Looking back,

PRE-SENTENCE INVESTIGAtiON COLE, KRYSTAL ANN CF-2003-4213

Page 4

I wish I would have called 911. At the time, I was so afraid that if I did call 911 that Skinner and Hauck would kill us before the police could get there. I was allowed to leave to get supplies several times, I didn't want to risk Brandon's life by calling for help. They told me I was being followed, and any sign of me doing anything "funny" and Barndon would get a "chemical lobotomy." I would always run away when Todd abused me; I would escape and save myself. This time I stayed there, I knew that if I left Brandon would die. After it was all over, I gave statements to the police. I testified against Skinner at his trial and helped ADA Jack Thorp with preparation for the case."

VICTIM'S VERSION: The victim in the instant offense is Brandon Green. The victim provided the following written statement regarding the instant offense. All grammar, spelling and syntax are that of the victim.

"Brandon Andres Green

The evening of July 5t\ 2003 Brandon was drugged, bound and many methods of torture were perpetrated upon him during his weeklong ordeal. He was found near a field, naked, and barely alive in Texas City, Texas on the morning of July I l".

During his captivity:

1) He was injected with unknown chemicals and drugs in his penis, testicles, back,

arms and legs.

2) He was hit in the groin repeatedly.

3) He was kicked in the groin until he black out.

4) He was forced to drink an unknown substance and was also forced to swallow some type of parasite eggs.

5) He was not given any food and very little fluids during his captivity.

6) His hands and feet were bound with duct tape, a lot of this time, leaving him in unwanted positions for prolonged periods of time. It was also during these times the repeated beatings to the groin occurred.

7) His mouth was duct taped during certain periods of his captivity and beatings.

8) A telephone cord was tied around his testicles and/or penis and he was suspended

up from a bed.

9) The telephone cord was used to pull his penis until cartilage popped.

10) A deep cut was made into the penis with a knife or razor blade.

11) Bleach was poured over his groin area.

12) He received trauma to the rectum by an unknown instrument.

13) His head was brutally shaved as well as the remainder of his body hair.

14) He developed a severe rash of unknown origin.

During the night of July 10th, he was left to die in the field in Texas City. He was able to crawl thru a bug and mosquito infested field during the night to an access road where police found him around 8:00 am.

The emergency room personnel did not expect him to live and so the police taped their interview with him. During his hospital stay a lung collapsed. He was wheel chair bound

for a couple weeks after this ordeal. He continues to be in much pain to this day. Attached is a list of some of the problems.

I am not physically growing or maturing:

o I have had no new weight gain in 3 years.

o I have had no new body or facial hair growth in 3 years.

o My veins are very weak and frail. Even though I stay fairly active, and

drink a lot of water this problem has been constant.

My immune system is compromised easily:

o My body can't process sugar without making me feel sick. My body cannot tolerate alcohol and/or chocolate.

o I have difficulties regulating my body temperature. I cannot handle extreme temperatures in either direction.

The entire left side of my body is damaged. My muscles are tense from my neck to my legs. The tension never entirely releases.

o There is pain when I stand up, sit down or lay down. The weight of my own body causes pain when I lay down on either side. My hip, back and neck hurt when I sit down. I will also loose circulation in my legs while I am in the sitting position. When I am standing everything from my neck to my feet hurt, especially in my hip. It hurts to either walk or stand. I cannot run, if I do it will cause extreme lasting pain in my hip and back.

o It is nearly unbearable to sleep or sit on the left side of my body for any period of time.

o Standing or sitting considerably irritates my hip.

o My muscles fatigue after only a couple minutes in any given position. This fatigue occurs throughout all of my muscles.

o I have extreme fatigue. After a complete night's sleep (8 hours, sometimes more), I will only have enough energy to be active for about two hours before a nap is needed.

o Even light aerobic workouts cause sharp and aching pains for days. This pain is distinct from the type of aching that would occur after a healthy workout.

The left side of my body near my hip is damaged on both the front and backsides.

o The wearing of pants, boxers, and belts aggravates the pain in my hip. I cannot carry anything in my pockets because the extra weight increases the intensity of the pain.

o Whenever pressure is applied to an area, all of the pain isolates to the area of pressure. When the pain is isolated in my hips or testes, it will cause me to pass out or throw up.

o In sit to go to the bathroom my legs will go numb.

o I cannot sit to urinate. I sit to have a bowel movement and then stand to urinate.

Sever muscle tension causes numbness and stops the circulation in my left leg, my left foot, and a patch under my left shoulder blade.

My testicles are damaged and constantly ache.

Page 6

Sex or masturbation causes loss of feeling in segments down my left leg and numbness throughout half of my left foot.

o Sex or masturbation causes a sharp pain next to my tailbone, as well as . causes excruciation pain on my upper left thigh near my scrotum.

o These pains last 2 or 3 days after their inception.

o Sex or masturbation causes my muscles to hurt, including shooting pains in my back. Even getting an erection is extremely painful, nearly unbearable.

Severe Memory Loss:

Refer to the Psychological Evaluation conducted by Russell L. Adams

Cognitive Difficulties:

o I am consistently transposing numbers and letters with each other. I also substitute random letters or numbers for the specific letter or number I am trying reference.

o I can no longer read with any type of speed, nor can I articulate well enough or process the words fast enough to read aloud.

o My short-term memory and my capabilities for immediate recall are severely impaired. Moments after I have been given some type of information I cannot remember it.

o I have difficulty spelling basic words. I also have problems accessing my vocabulary. Even though I will know the gist or meaning of the word I am trying to use, I still struggle being able recall the correct word.

o My reading comprehension is continually deteriorating.

o My speech has lost a lot of its fluidity. I tend to stutter and jumble 'up words and sentences

o I am continually interchanging the placement of words in my sentence structure.

Social Anxiety

Over this past year, my reading comprehension has plummeted. Now it takes me a considerable amount of time to read each a page and the information seems not to stick, as it should. The assigned readings take me twice as long as the rest of the class.

Stuttering has also become a new problem to overcome. If I am called out in class, required to speak in front of groups or to people of higher authority, my words tend to be jumbled, stuttered, or mispronounced terribly. Sometimes, no words will come out at all;

PRE-SENTENCE INVESTIGArtON COLE, KRYSTAL ANN CF-2003-4213

Page 7

I will just draw a blank. Also, I am having problems recalling and/or pronouncing common words that I have used for 20 years.

If a significant amount of focus is not used, I will read, write or say words and numbers backwards. I often switch letters around in words, or change the order of numbers.

Also without special attention, normal words will be misspelled, or entirely different words will be written in its place. Sometimes I will write down a letter or word that came from another word being said or seen. It is very hard to listen to the teacher and take correct notes. I also struggle writing and following along class simultaneously.

I struggle sometimes holding my train of thought long enough to finish a complete sentence. If I try to write down a point made by the teacher, and the topic is changed, I cannot recall the needed information to complete my notes.

When writing an e-mail or text I will sometimes write the same word, phrase or sentence twice, forgetting that it has already been written down. Sometimes my short term memory will only last seconds, similar to a gold fish. Unfortunately these symptoms are gradually becoming more severe, and I feel as if my brain is slowly shutting down.

Because of the abuse experienced during the kidnapping, I get sharp pains in my neck when I write. Also, my arm and shoulder starts cramping quickly, and the pain usually doesn't subside until the following days.

The amount of ways that Krystal Cole-Skinner has destroyed my life and my potential is inconceivable. Even though Krystal did not directly use her own fist to hurt me, I hold her solely responsible for my kidnapping, torture and attempted murder. Everyday, several times a day, I am reminded of the horrible situation Krystal put me through. The greatest amount of physical damage was done to my groin, hip and pelvis. It hurts to urinate, or to use my sex organs in any sort of manner. Due to the damage in the rectal area, doing anything such as "holding-it" while I'm waiting, or using the restroom; causes my groin muscles to spasm and causes a sharp, unbearable pain in my prostate. I have too many permanent problems caused by Krystal to even try and summarize' them all. To give the court an idea:

My pelvis is permanently twisted, causing pain all the way from my ankles to my neckline. It hurts to stand, sit, walk, and even lay down. I definitely cannot run or jump.

My lower and upper back is damaged. I cannot perform any form of heavy lifting. Due to physical pain everything is limited, such as working out, high activity sports, mountain climbing, or even wrestling with the dog. This has caused me to loose jobs and has kept me away from many different pay opportunities.

My left scapula, (the area below my shoulder) is damaged from being duct taped with my hands behind my back, shoved shoulder-down, in a comer for an extended period of time.

PRE-SENTENCE INVESTIGlfrlON COLE, KRYSTAL ANN CF-2003-4213

PageS

This area is a constant irritant, and limits my ability to write, type, perform repetitive task, carry a backpack etc ...

My neck is also damaged and a constant problem.

These are only several of the physical problems inflicted upon me by Krystal ColeSkinner. On a scale from 1 - 10, (10 being the highest) my everyday pain normally registers between 6 and 9.

I cannot even start to list the emotional problems accrued overtime due to Krystal. I saw her not only as a wonderfully exciting and intelligent girlfriend, but also as a soul mate. She and I never even had one disagreement. She was the first and only girl I have taken home to meet my parents. I trusted Krystal with everything in me. And then she kidnapped me. Due to our relationship preceding the kidnapping, it took me months to finally accept the truth.

As one can imagine, psychologically I am damaged. My faith in humanity is destroyed, and even more so my faith in females. Unfortunately, Krystal has affected every relationship I have had since my kidnapping. I am now a nervous wreck in many social situations. I wince at the sound of my telephone or doorbell ring. I have since become a recluse. I am anxious and extremely hesitant in the college setting, and now too timid for public settings. My base of friends has become non-existent. I have developed anger problems, and a warped view of humanity. In many ways, the physical pain inflicted upon me is a lot more manageable than the psychological problems. Along with ever increasing physical problems, and the unforgettable psychological problems, are the cognitive problems that have also arose in these past couple years. Just like the physical and psychological, my cognitive problems are too large and complex to write on paper.

But to give the court an idea, I now have a lot of the same memory problems and confusion in thought as my aging grandma, who is well into her 80's. Just as the elderly suffer from Alzheimer, I also suffer from similar symptoms that are digressing instead of progressing. Included is a list of some scary cognitive problems that have hindered my recovery.

Not one of the previously listed complaints or symptoms was a problem prior to the torture, kidnapping, and attempted murder. In fact, beforehand things were the exact opposite for me. I was in standard physical shape, able to perform any reasonable physical task or sport. I also had many healthy relationships and friendships. I had a boyish optimism about life. I was quick-witted and mentally sharp. And above all else, I had no clue such evil, like Krystal, even existed.

In contrast to the way I feel Krystal was portyayed throughout the court process, I want the court to know that Krystal was a strong willed, intelligent woman with full control of her emotions and psychological abilities. She is the definition of wicked and manipulative. Unfortunately for society, Krystal has the capability to play or maneuver a person or situation just as someone would engage in chess. One person Krystal played

PRE-SENTENCE INVESTIGiiOJ:lON COLE, KRYSTAL ANN CF-2003-4213

Page 9

was Gordon Todd Skinner. She always had the upperhand in their relationship. Krystal was not controlled or brainwashed by Todd. Todd was enthralled and would of done anything for her. Prior to my kidnapping, I observed several occasions in which Todd would cry uncontrollably at the feet of Krystal, expressing his undying love and dedication. While Krystal would stand there stone cold and emotionless.

Many nights Krystal would sit in front of the mirror and would repeat to herself what she would say if ever caught for her and Todd's illicit drug activity. Months after my body was discovered in Texas and the three were identified and located, the first assistant D.A. on the case had me corne into his office to discuss this court case. When Krystal' s prememorized story about her involvement with Todd was regurgitated by David Robertson, my stomach dropped and I felt faint, "She was just a girl caught up in Todd's manipulations and mind control. " I personally believe that due to lack of evidence, the lack of witness testimonies naming her as a serious problem, the emphasis on Todd, and Krystal being a female, first-time offender, allowed her to slide under the court's nose. Since Todd was such a flagrant law offender, with an extensive judical history, the limelight was not focused on Krystal.

Here are a few things probably never mentioned about Krystal's premeditation and the execution of the plans in regards to my kidnapping:

Although she was broke, had no steady income and had previously never helped me financially, Krystal secretly paid my apartment's rent several months ahead. She had told the landlord that her and I were about to go to California to take care of her dying father. I found this information out after the fact, and it still took me several years to realize she paid-up my apartment so nobody would be looking for my body.

Two weeks prior to my kidnapping Krystal had spent a lot of time and energy in the search of an "anointed" person to create her a pure white, prayer robe that was designated for a special occasion. In a sick twist of humor, Krystal wore the same prayer robe I helped design to perform seances over my body while I was being tortured. She would chant prayers over my body, offering my soul up as a sacrifice to Satan.

When I was drugged up, severely beaten and disoriented, she held my hand in a loving way and told me I had taken too many drugs, and was very naughty the night before. She told me I was extremely sick and I was hurting myself so they had to restrain me with duct tape. She proceeded to tell me that I had thrown a large chair through the hotel window, and knocked holes in the walls. She told me I had ruined everyone's night and they had to relocate to another hotel.

Krystal told me that my eye's retinas where burned and if! removed the towel off of my eyes, I would go blind.

She told me I was extremely sick and they were using all of their money to fly me in a Swedish doctor to take care of me. The "Swedish doctor" arrived shortly thereafter. She instructed me to do exactly as the "doctor" said.

PRE-SENTENCE INVESTIGKTlON COLE, KRYSTAL ANN CF-2003-4213

Page 10

While I was drugged, she told me that I gave her full-blown herpes. At that time she took the opportunity to quiz me on my ongoing relationship with a previous girlfriends she felt threatened by.

After my body was dumped, Todd and Krystal returned home and proceeded to contact several of my former friends and associates. She would ask them if they had heard from me recently, or had heard where I possibly was hiding out. Krystal instructed a few people to stay far away from Brandon. She alleged that I was a drug informantand planned on getting everyone thrown into jail. And the list goes on.

In my humble opinion, Krystal's involvement was greatly down played throughout the court proceedings. The moment I heard Mr. Robertson express to me his feelings in regards to Krystal and it was verbatim the phrase Krystal would always practice in front of the mitior, I realized at that point Krystal's true side would never really be brought out

i

in court. That realization has and does make my stomach sick. To think that my high

school felony drug charge for an un-prescribed pain medicine carried a worse penalty then Krystal' s charge, makes me cringe. She always said, the two worst things that can happen to her are spending time in jail and/or getting a felony conviction. I pray earnestly that she gets both.

I was kidnapped in July 2003, and today is almost Febuary 2007. Almost four years have gone by, and I'm still in constant agony in multiple areas across my body. It kills me to think that Krystal could be released from probation in half the amount of time that I have been suffering. I beg the courts to be harsh on Krystal and charge her with the maximum penalty available. Krystal A. Cole-Skinner handed me over to complete evil. Krystal A. Cole-Skinner encouraged and enj oyed the physical, sexual and emotional torture inflicted against my will, for numerous days. Krystal is very sick and very young. She has the propensity to kill and is arrogant enough to follow through with it. Her only regret is getting caught, and probably wishes that she had finished me off there in the field.

Have you received any counseling or therapy as a result of this incident?

If yes, what is the amount of expenses incurred to date as a result of this counseling or therapy?

Yes, I am currently in both and have easily spent well over ten thousand dollars trying to heal emotionally and physically. Pictures of my extensive, and extremely painful ProloTherapy have been attached.

Have you incurred any type of financial loss?

Yes, I rounded my cost down to five thousand, but in reality it has probably been much more.

Do you believe the Defendant is a serious threat to the community?

Yes, very much so. She is young, evil and enthusiastic. She still has a lot of damage she

could do, if not punished correctly the first time. Just as her predecessor/ husband, each time she slides through the court system successfully, she will become more brazen and . more confident.

What type of punishment, in your opinion do you feel is necessary for the Defendant to receive?

Incarceration. People are creatures of habit. I would bet the farm she is currently living off illegally made money, and is either committing or scheming several large crimes. She has grown up in a life of easy money, answering to no one, and lying to everyone. I would be too scared not to incarcerate Krystal A. Cole-Skinner. For somebody to commit the type of crimes she has committed, and to show no real signs of emotions, she is a loose cannon and is a threat to any community, especially a threat to unsuspecting males."

LEVEL OF SERVICE INVENTORY-REVISED: This case manager conducted a Level of Service Inventory-Revised (LSI-R) interview with the defendant in order to determine her risk and needs within the community. The defendant had a total raw score of 9 on the LSI-R.

The three highest scoring areas that most contribute to the defendant's criminal behavior are: Family/Marital (50%), Attitudes/Orientation (50%) and Companions (40%). The Adult Substance Use Survey CASUS), a self-reported drug and alcohol instrument was completed by the defendant. The ASUS in conjunction with the Level of Service Inventory-Revised (LSI-R) are used to assess treatment needs. This information indicates the defendant would benefit from moderate intensity outpatient treatment, three to six hours weekly, or high intensity outpatient treatment seven to ten hours weekly, and urinalysis testing if drug use is suspected.

Another component of the LSI interview is the identification of the client's placement in the Stages of Change model. This model identifies six possible sequential stages in the behavioral change process. The identifiable stages include Pre-Contemplation,

Contemplation, Preparation, Action, Maintenance and Relapse. After conducting the above mentioned assessment, it appears that the defendant is in the Preparation stage of change. A person in this stage recognizes the problem behavior and begins to make a commitment to change by developing a plan.

MILITARY SERVICE RECORD: The defendant denied ever serving in any branch of the United States Armed Services.

FINANCIAL CONDITION: The defendant reported she owns no assets, or has any outstanding debts.

DEFENDANT'S PLAN: The defendant provided the following written statement regarding her plans if granted probation. All grammar, spelling and syntax are that of the defendant.

"With the hope that I will get probation, I have already begun to look toward the future. I am advertising nationally in Cat Fancy and Dog Fancy for Sage Graphics. I would like to create kennel websites because I love animals and it's a nitch market in need of web designers. I would like to learn Java to be able to make custom applets for my customers. I have been accepted into K-State Department of Engineering and Technology for next semester. I have also found online classes from Sun Microsystems (the creator of Java) that I can take to become a Sun Certified Java Associate. I am working on a fourth book, a rewrite of Lysergic with the goal, instead of glorifying psychelics, to explain how drugs and G.T. Skinner ruined my life. I also hope to get married and have children. I have waited to do so because I didn't want my legal problems to ruin anyone else's life."

TRANSITION PLAN: Due to Cole's low LSI score, no criminogenic needs were identified. Therefore, no treatment/transition plan is recommended.

However, based on the self reported ASUS, this case manager believes a substance abuse evaluation should be considered.

It is requested that the Defendant be assessed a $250.00 fee payable to the Department of Corrections for conducting this investigation in accordance with O.S. 22 § 982a.

defendant knew that Brandon Green was being assaulted and held against his will, yet did nothing to help the victim. William Hauck drove Brandon Green to Texas City, while the defendant and her husband followed him. They left Brandon Green in a field for dead. An officer found the victim nude, wrapped in a blanket, and very weak. The victim was admitted to intensive care. The victim has incurred severe physical and emotional trauma, and financial expenses due to the instant offense.

The defendant claims she tried to save th~' victim. In the defendant's version, she states she left her husband many times because she was scared of him, but two years after this incident she stayed with him. This does not appear to be someone who is afraid of their spouse. This case manager believes the defendant participated more than she stated.

The instant offense is the defendant's first known felony of record. Due to the seriousness of this crime and the above stated information, this case manager believes the defendant is not a suitable candidate for community supervision. It is recommended the defendant be sentenced to a period of incarceration.

RECOMMENDATION: Based upon the background information compiled during this investigation, it is respectfully recommended that the defendant, KRYSTAL ANN COLE SKINNER be denied probation and she be sentenced to the custody of the Department of Corrections as determined by the Court.

Respectfully submitted,
