Moor Therapy
Moor is a type of organic mud created by the gradual
decomposition of plant matter in a permanently
humid environment.
Types of moor:
1. Flat moor
2. High moor
3. Deep moor
Deep Moor
Deep moor developed over a long period of time
through a geological process whereby the layers of
moor are pushed deep beneath the earth’s surface.
Early 3,000 years ago, the Romans and the Celts used moor to
treat their wounds.
Uses :
1. Treat stretch marks & scar tissue
2. Act as anti-cellulite
3. Helps in weight loss
Moor Therapy Treatments
Moor Body wrap
Application :
1. The procedure starts with an all over exfoliation .
2. Apply special fast-absorbing oil all over the body .
3. The Body paste is applied with a brush or by hand in a thin
layer .
4. The body is then wrapped in a plastic sheet or film, or moist
towels or bandages .
5. The treatment lasts from 30 to 40 minutes.
6. The Moor paste is then washed off .
7. A moisturizing lotion is applied .

Moor Packs
The Moor pack utilizes the thermal properties of the
Moor .
Red is at the lower end of the spectrum and has the highest
wavelength and lowest frequency , unlike Violet which is at
the top end of the spectrum with the lowest wavelength and
highest frequency.

Color simply comes from light .. Sunlight of course is the
main source.

2. Being in a room painted in a particular color
3. Wearing certain colored clothes

Chromotherapy is the most natural of all treatments as it
combines the benefits of sun and colors to treat various diseases ,
in addition to :
a) Wrong lifestyle
b) Improper diet
c) Stress
d) Tension
e) Fear
f) Anger
g) Worry
h) Lack of exercise
i) Smoking & Alcohol

G) Mechanism of Color therapy
The human body absorbs the sunrays through the skin which
effects the endocrine glands , blood cells and chemical
reactions of the body .
Kundalini
Chakra 1:
• Color : Red
• Location : umbilicus
• Color : yellow
• Represents : open mindedness & attention
• Associated with : inspiration
• Excess : cause hyperactivity
• Used for arthritis , jaundice & stiffness.
Chakra 4:
• Location : throat
• Color : blue
• Color : indigo
Role of chromotherapy :
1. Massage sun charged RED oil of sesame on the affected
areas .
2. At night , Massage 5-6 drops of sun charged BLUE
coconut oil on the scalp for 10-15 minutes .
3. Sheets of the plinth should be RED ( charged ) .

2. Rheumatoid arthritis
Rh. Arthritis is a chronic, systemic inflammatory
disorder that may affect many tissues and organs,
but principally attacks synovial joints.
Role of chromotherapy :
1. Massage sun charged red oil of sesame on the affected
joints .
2. Home program & Advices : Drink 100-200 ml of
Solarised green water on an empty stomach ( one at the
morning and 30 minutes before meals )
Role of chromotherapy :
1. Rub sun-charged Ashirwad Mahanarayani oil
2. The affected area should be dressed with soft and clean
cotton
3. Use Infrared to warm the affected area .
4. Home program : One must also take 50-80ml of orange
water three times a day after meals.

4. Low back pain
Role of chromotherapy:
1. The back should be massaged with sun-charged Ashirwad
Mahanarayani oil .
2. Infrared should be used with massage .

5. Joints dislocation
Joints are often dislocated resulting in accumulation
of acidic wastes in the body , so it’s necessary to
remove the polluted enzymes out of the body .
Role of chromotherapy :
1. The patient should take the tonic between orange and
green to purify the blood from wastes .
2. Apply the Ashirwad Mahanarayani oil on the affected
joint with exposure to sun light .

6. Poliomyelitis
Role of chromotherapy :
1. Massage the affected areas twice a day with sun-charged
red oil of sesame seed .
2. Infrared for at least 10-15 minutes.
3. Home Program : change the lighting of the child’s room
to RED and wear only red clothes
4. Take the tonic of green and orange water for a long time.
Note : Taking this treatment regularly for 2-3 months will cure paralysis.
