GOAL SETTING

Goal setting is the most important aspect of all improvement or

personal development plans. It is the key to all fulfillment and achievement.
Confidence is important. Determination is vital. Many different personality
traits contribute to success. But they all come into focus in goal setting.
If you asked me to list everything that has gone into the achievement
of my own personal success, probably 75 percent of what I would have to
say would involve goal setting.
Let’s begin by making this statement: If you are not making the
progress you would like to make and are capable of making, it is simply
because your goals are not clearly defined.
If you are not making the progress you want-if your life doesn’t seem
to be fitting together, it is simply because your goals are not clearly defined.
A goal is a target toward which you move, but it is something more
than that. There is something almost mystical about a crystallized goal
when you have developed a plan and set a deadline for its attainment.
Such a goal produces in you a burning desire, intense self-confidence, and a
firm determination to follow through.
In some miraculous way, a crystallized goal brings everything into the
shape, form, and focus necessary for its achievement. Whether it be people
you need, or money, or ideas-all the ingredients of success seem to fall into
line right on the exact timetable to hit your target date.
It has happened to me a thousand times. It has happened to other people
who have mastered the art of goal setting. Let me just share with you some
of the stories that I have collected over the years about people who set goals.
One day many summers ago John Goddard sat down in his bedroom
and thought about all the things he would like to do when he grew up. It
wasn’t a particularly extraordinary flight of fancy for a boy of 15, but

3
Goddard carried it a bit further than most. First he wrote down everything
that occurred to him-every adventure, every journey, every challenge, every
pleasure. Then one by one, year by year, he set about accomplishing them.
Some of the 127 goals that he wrote down seemed easily attainable
even then.

Becoming an Eagle Scout was number 5 on the list.

Type 50 words a minute was number 21. ,
Visit a movie studio was number 10.
Hold my breath under water for 2 ½ minutes - number 23.

Others seemed considerably more difficult.

Milk a rattlesnake - Number 9.
Read the entire Encyclopedia Brittanica - number 50.
Sail the South Seas in a schooner - number 117.
Learn to speak French and Spanish - number 78 and 79.

Many seem downright impossible.

Climb Mt. Everest - number 8.
Visit every country in the world - number 89.
Find Noah’s Ark - number 57.
Go the the moon - number 127.

John Goddard has real perseverance. He has now reached 107 of his
goals, only 20 more to go. It is not really all that crazy as it sounds, he sits
in the den of his home surrounded by hundreds of souvenirs he has brought
back.
Here is the key: “1 had a wild imagination,” Goddard says, “but it was
also very disciplined and organized.” So you can see he added some “do it
now” and he added “action.” Procrastination obviously is not a part of his
mental makeup.
I believe that we can see from this illustration that it is important not
only to fantasize and dream and visualize and make that a part of what we

4
do for goal setting, but to put it down and organize it and then get into
action.
Goddard goes on to say, “Even today I make lists of all the things I am
going to do every month. It is only natural that I would make a list of what I
was going to do in my whole life.”
Goddard is quite unusual, isn’t he? Few of us have formulated such a
comprehensive list of dreams and then developed a plan to achieve each one
of them.
But actually, that’s all there is to goal setting. It is just simply writing
down your dreams, crystallizing your thinking, and then developing a plan
with a deadline for its attainment. Goddard decided what he was going to do
in his lifetime; he set it out day by day, week by week, and month by month,
and then crossed the items off of his list as he achieved them.
Anytime in my life that I have ever made a list of what I wanted to do
or wanted to achieve, I have always accomplished it. In this tape I will share
the methods I used to organize and achieve my goals.

Take Action on Your Goals

The odds that you’ll succeed without taking action are about the same
as winning the lottery without buying a ticket! For those times when you feel
trapped, stressed, or in a prison of your own making, take purposeful
action. It’s your Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free card!
In real estate, it’s location, location, location. In goal-setting its action,
action, action! You can’t just stick out your thumb and hitchhike your way
to success. You’ve got to roll up your sleeves and do the work that needs to
be done. The acid test of goal setting is purposeful action.
Be seduced by the attractiveness of your goal. Inaction leads to
impotence. Taking purposeful action immunizes you from “Goal
Parkinson’s,” a long, slow goodbye to your dreams.

5
A quality life is accomplished when thoughtful attention, goal setting,
and purposeful action click into position.
Whether your dream is to be or not to be is largely dependent upon
your actions! The cure for the ills of procrastination is a heavy prescription
of action, until the day arrives when your dreams and their achievement are
one in the same. Until you cannot tell them apart! And when that day
arrives, dream bigger dreams and take more action.
A good plan will almost always get you in the door, but it is action that
seals the deal. So you want a guarantee? Well here it is:

Without purposeful action, the only guarantee is failure

and mediocrity!

Don’t tiptoe toward your goal, walk confidently...before it waltz’s off

into the arms of neglect. Dreams become reality through one simple mode of
transportation: purposeful action. The continuation of bad habits, such as
procrastination, is like having an addiction to weapons of mass destruction.
It is tragically un-hip to procrastinate. Unfortunately, the vast
majority of people never display their true potential; it never has an opening
night… never makes a debut. The bulk of potential resides deep within each
individual just waiting to come out. And it stays there because people are
afraid.
The mechanics of achieving a goal make it easy for people to relate to
the necessity of action. But when action is not purposeful, it can be an
Achilles heel. When we operate without planning, we remain forever
scattered and confused. You’re always busy, but not much gets
accomplished. Without a deeper appreciation and application of planning,
the most you can expect is marginal improvement.
Intimidate your fears through purposeful goal-directed activity. Since
when is being the underdog any reason for not pursuing your dreams?
Remember-it’s not the size of the dog in the fight… it’s the size of the fight in
the dog!

6
Don’t just pursue your goal… inhabit it! Wear it, act it, live it, taste it!
Get committed-take action. Life is not a scratch-and-sniff test!
When you set a goal, there’s distance between your current reality and
desired reality. Procrastination increases the distance and minimizes the
chances of achievement. Procrastination is the mother of regret. It postpones
the future, aborts liftoff at the last minute. Unless you take action to achieve
your goals, life becomes a constant series of postponements, cancellations,
and missed opportunities.
You will never attain your goals simply by thinking and talking about
them. You must take action!

Taking Responsibility For Your Success

Perhaps the key principle most critical to achieving success in any

business endeavor is the concept of responsibility.
Responsibility is simply the ability to respond at any time and to any
situation in a way that honors you as a person and supports you in your
relationships with others. Contrast this with how we have been trained to
view responsibility. Responsibility does not involve blame, fault, or burden.
Not being responsible does not connote shame, guilt or unworthiness. It
does not involve a value judgment subject to someone’s opinion about how
you “should” do something or how someone ought to run her life.
Responsibility instead involves taking full acceptance for every event,
relationship, action and situation that occurs in your life. It is not “true”
that you bring about everything that shows up around you in life. It is
merely an interpretation that everything you do, whatever you have in your
life, and how you show up for others is your creation. This posture is one
you can take on to empower you to be the source of what happens to you in
life.
Being responsible means that there are no victims created by events
in life. In some way, consciously or not, every person, circumstance, event or
challenge we encounter is the result of decisions we have made. This is not
7
to say that events do not occur that are outside of the scope of our
influence. Such situations certainly do take place. To say that we are
responsible for everything that happens around us is simply a declaration
that supports us to be in choice. It is a place we stand as we invoke our
personal power to choose.
Responsibility is always in the present, never about the past. It is
simply a place to stand from which to look at the world as you make a
choice about some action you may take. It does not make anyone wrong or
at fault. And it does not involve manipulation. When any situation occurs
which touches our lives, taking responsibility means that we take the
interpretation that it simply occurred as opposed to the interpretation that it
happened to us. Having responsibility implies that you are the designer and
builder of who you are, what you have and what you do. And, since it’s your
creation, you get to change it if what you see around you is not to your
liking. Taking responsibility means giving up your right to make others
wrong. It is about saying what you need to say without harboring ill feelings
or thoughts of resentment or getting back at the person in some way. People
who take responsibility are empowered to respond to any situation with a
self assured, personal power and knowledge that they can affect change.
Remember, you are the source for what you attract in the world.
Claim responsibility for EVERYTHING in your life and decide to take the
necessary steps to impact what shows up around you.

Living Responsibly

With respect to building your network marketing business, identify

where you have been less than responsible. Where the results you desire
have been lacking, what could you put into place to be responsible for
realizing these results? By when will you take these actions? What Do You
Love To Do?
One of the best ways to learn about yourself and your dreams is to
consider what you love to do. You may be surprised at what you discover
8
about yourself when you take a few minutes to list your favorite activities
and how often you do them.
Some people learn that the things they love to do don’t cost much
money or they’re even free! Others realize that it’s been a long time since
they did these fun things. Often they need to create the time freedom so they
can do them more frequently. Some learn how important other people are to
them. They actively develop their skills to become better spouses, parents
and friends, as well as more effective and caring co-workers and associates.
The happiest and most successful people stay in touch with and pursue
their dreams. They spend more of their time being fired up and their
enthusiasm shines through all areas of their lives. They have acknowledged
their goals and dreams and are doing whatever it takes to accomplish them.
They no longer make excuses why they “can’t” do it. Instead, they look
for reasons why they can. They delay gratification on activities that would
interfere with progress on their dream. They know that consistently taking
action toward their dream will keep them fired up. And they discover, as Jim
Rohn has said, “Dreams put to work create the miracle.” Are you ready, like
these people have, to experience some miracles of your own?

Your Favorite Activities

Would you like to learn more about yourself and your dreams? If so,
take a piece of paper and list 15 favorite things you enjoy doing for fun. Just
allow yourself to randomly jot down ideas. If you come up with more than
15, that’s great. Here’s an example:

My Favorite Activities
1. Going golfing.
2. Reading books.
3. Learning new things.
4. Taking my child to school.
5. Traveling.
9
6. Going out to dinner.

Once you have made your list, review it and ask yourself two
questions: When did you last do this activity and do you need other people
to do it? Write down your answers next to the list. You might consider
whether these activities require advance planning, whether they support you
mentally or physically, and whether they are structured or unstructured.
Like a good detective, take time to really learn about yourself and study your
personal preferences. All of this information is quite useful when
determining your dreams. Identifying your favorite activities gives
significant clues about what you find meaningful and enjoyable.

Failure ????

Even though Mark McGwire hit a season high 70 home runs in 1998,
he also doubled his failure rate. He struck out 155 times that season, more
than twice as often as he hit a home run. In fact, the three previous season
he hit a total of 149 home runs. He also struck out exactly twice as often -
348 times. So the next time you strike out on the job, in business or in life,
just smile knowing you are one step closer to hitting a home run. Still need
convincing that failure isn’t for failures?
Here are a few more examples: Reggie Jackson struck out 661 times,
more than any other player in his 21 year professional baseball career;
however, he also hit 563 home runs, ranking sixth among top home run
hitters. Nolan Ryan lead the Major Leagues in giving up the most walks by a
pitcher, before he set the record for pitching the most strikeouts in the
Major League baseball history. Ricky Henderson set a Major League baseball
record for stolen bases. He also set the record for the most times thrown out
trying to steal bases. Bob Cousy, one of the greatest playmakers in pro
basketball history, consistently led the Boston Celtics in assists - and
turnovers. Isiah Thomas committed a record 25 turnovers in five games, yet
he won the MVP (Most Valuable Player) honors and lead the Detroit Pistons
10
to victory in the National Basketball Association Championship Game in
1990. At the same time, he also averages 27 points, seven assists and give
rebounds a game. And three coaches accounted for nine of 15 Super Bowl
victories from 1974 to 1989. But as first year coaches, Tom Landry, Chuck
Noll and Bill Walsh also had the worst first-season records of any head
coaches in NFL history.
Thomas Edison failed more than 12,000 times to invent the light bulb.
Rather than dwell on his failures, Edison said he wasn’t discouraged
because he had simply learned 12,000 ways that won’t work in lighting a
bulb! Edison used his frustration as a learning experience. Charles Kettering
of General Motors echoed Edison, noting that inventors treat their failures
as practice shots. Situations fail. People don’t. Failure isn’t for failures.
Failure is for winners! They literally fail their way to success.
Abraham Lincoln failed to win seven political elections in 22 years
before he became President of the United States. At age eight, Albert
Einstein could not speak English fluently. At age 15 he was expelled from
high school. At age 16 he failed an entrance exam to the Federal Institute of
Technology in Zurich. yet at age 26 Albert Einstein developed his Theory of
Relativity and unlocked the atomic and space age.
Rowland Hussey Macy founded the Macy’s department store in 1858
after failing at several previous attempts to open a dry goods store. Louis
Meyer founded MGM in 1924 from three companies that had failed,
including his own. Scrabble, the popular board game, was invented by an
unemployed architect and a stockbroker who had failed during the
Depression. And Henry Ford built his first car 15 years after he had failed at
building a mechanical plow. Ford said: “Failure is not failure, but the
opportunity to begin again, more intelligently.” Failure is a commencement,
not a finale. It is an opportunity to wipe the slate clean and begin again. As
poet John Keats observed: “Failure is, in a sense, the highway to success.
Every discovery of what is false leads us to seek earnestly after what is true.
And every fresh experience points out some form of error which we shall
afterward carefully avoid.”
As one door is shutting….another one is opening!!

11
Creating and Manipulating Your Own Reality

You must learn to listen to the voice of the inner self and work with it.
You may also simply ask the inner self to make the answers to problems
available on a conscious basis.
You create your reality according to your beliefs and expectations;
therefore you should examine these carefully. If you do not like some aspect
of your world, then examine your own expectations.
Your world is formed in faithful replica of your own thoughts... If you
think positive suggestions to yourself about a situation you send telepathic
ammunition for positive use. You must learn to erase a negative thought or
picture by replacing it with its opposite. But do not attempt to think positive
thoughts all day long. Let your emotional swings work in the normal
manner.
You should tell yourself frequently "I will only react to constructive
suggestions." This gives you positive ammunition against your own negative
thoughts and those of others. A negative thought, if not erased, will almost
certainly result in a negative condition.
Say to yourself, "That is in the past. Now in this new moment, this
new present, I am already beginning to change for the better." It does not do
to repress negative thoughts, such as fears, angers, or resentment. They
should be recognized, faced and replaced. Recognize resentment when it is
felt, and then realize that resentment can be dismissed. Initial recognition
must be made. Then you must imagine removing the resentment "by its
roots" and replacing it with a positive feeling.
You must watch the pictures that you paint with your imagination.
Your environment and the conditions of your life at any given time are the
direct result of your own inner expectations. If you imagine dire
circumstances, ill health or desperate loneliness, these will be
"automatically" materialized, for these thoughts themselves bring about the
conditions that will give them a reality in physical terms. If you would have

12
good health then you must imagine this as vividly as you fearfully imagine ill
health.
You create your own difficulties. This is true for each individual. The
inner psychological state is projected outward, gaining physical reality -
whatever the psychological state may be... The rules apply to everyone.
Knowing this, you should try to realize what your psychological state is and
change your conditions for your own benefit. You cannot escape your own
attitudes, for they will form the nature of what you see.
If changes are to occur, they must be mental and psychic changes.
These will be reflected in your environment.
Negative, distrustful, fearful, or degrading attitudes toward anyone
work against the self. If an individual sees only evil and desolation in the
physical world it is because he is obsessed with evil and desolation and
projects them outward, closing his eyes to other aspects of reality.
If you want to know what you think of yourself, then ask yourself
what you think of others and you will find the answer. True self-knowledge
is indispensable for health and vitality. The recognition of the truth about
the self simply means that you must first find out what you think about
yourself subconsciously. If it is a good image, build upon it. If it is a poor
one, recognize it as only the opinion you have held of yourself and not an
"absolute state."
You are not your emotions. They flow through you, you feel them and
then they disappear. When you try to hold them back they build up. You
are independent of your thoughts and emotions. You have emotions. You
use your thoughts and emotions in your mental composition. You must
learn to trust your own spontaneous nature. Your nervous system knows
how to react. It reacts spontaneously when you allow it to. It is only when
you try to deny your emotions that they become a problem. In spontaneity
there is a discipline that utterly escapes you, and an order beyond any that
you know. Spontaneity knows its own order. All of nature is spontaneous.
Our bodies will be healthy automatically if we do not project false ideas
upon them.

13
Action accepts all stimuli in an affirmative manner. This is why an
illness is accepted by a personality structure, and once this occurs, a
conflict develops. The self does not want to give up a portion of itself even
while that portion may be painful or disadvantageous. Physical symptoms
are communications from the inner self, indications that we are making
mental errors of one kind or another.
Do not forget that you are a part of the inner self. It is not using you!
What you are supposed to do, then, is change your mental attitude, search
yourself for the inner problem represented by the symptoms, and measure
your progress as the symptoms subside. You sell yourself short if you
believe that you are only a physical organism living within the boundaries
cast upon you by time and space.
You must accept life on its terms, and not demand that it behave in
certain ways. You must accept life gladly, as its own reason and cause
within you. Life is abundant, vigorous, and strong. Each of us has our own
defense against negative suggestions and we should trust in our own
immunity.
You are a unique individual. You form your physical environment.
YOU MAKE AND CHANGE YOUR WORLD. You are part of all that is. There
is no place within you that creativity does not exist. You must live in faith
that your purpose is, and will be fulfilled. The uniqueness of your own
personality is to be cherished.
The particular purpose of your present personality can only be met in
the present circumstances in the way that is best overall. The people that
you can help now and the particular good that you can do can never be
done in precisely the same way.
Throughout the ages, some have recognized the fact that there is self-
consciousness and purpose in dream and sleep states, and have
maintained, even in waking life, the sense of continuity of the inner self. To
such people it is no longer possible to completely identify with the ego
consciousness. They are too aware of themselves as more. When such
knowledge is gained, the ego can accept it, for it finds to its surprise that is
not less conscious, but more, and that its limitations are dissipated.

PSYCHOKINETIC PROBLEM SOLVING
PROGRAM

The mind is a strange thing. In fact the human mind could almost be
described as an ongoing non-physical event.
When we least expect it inspirations pop out! Quite often soul
shattering, awe-inspiring inspirations emerge, as if from nowhere.
And they are usually so obvious that we wonder why we didn't think of them
before.
They were usually triggered by a special set of circumstances that
created a necessity for some form of answer. That is, you might have
chewed over some serious problem for days (or weeks) and because of the
intensity of your thought and your utter absorption with the problem, it has
been circulating in your subconscious mind for some time.
Suddenly when you least expect it the correct solution appears as an
"inspirational flash".
This invariably happens when your conscious mind is relaxed and
probably involved in some other activity. It may also occur during a dream
that your conscious mind remembers after awakening.
The PSYCHOKINETIC PROBLEM SOLVING PROGRAM (PPS) will
enable you to produce the "inspired" answers virtually at will. And once your
mind becomes trained to the program format you will find that the process
speeds up to the point where you can sit down at any time of the day, play
the tape and get the answers you want. Eventually you will be able to do
away with the tape altogether and produce inspirations on demand.
The whole process could be described as automatic lateral thinking!
Only 10% of our population have a naturally creative mind - the other 90%
haven't, so this program helps to even out that imbalance somewhat.

16
Naturally creative people tend to use more of their right-brain which is
where inspirations and hunches come from.
By using this program you will slowly train your right-brain to spring
into action again, probably for the first time since you were 6-7 years old.
It will resist at first in the same manner that your body muscles would resist
if you suddenly took up weightlifting after years of non-exercise, but before
too long you will train it to do what you want.
The commercial mind-power courses show you how this is possible
and teach you the very basics of the method. After that it takes constant
practice to achieve the levels you want. That is, it takes constant effort and
mental stamina to become proficient in right-brain creative problem solving.
This PPS program actually shortcuts all the effort. It does the job for you
while you are asleep which is normally wasted time as far as your everyday
life is concerned. The program also awakens the right-hemisphere of the
brain which in most of us has lain dormant since we were children.
When you were young you probably had no trouble "imagining" things. You
might even have had "invisible playmates" which were very real to you but
not so real to your parents. No doubt you were told to stop imagining things!
After this was repeated to you several hundred times you became slowly
aware that it was unacceptable in a grown up world to use your imagination
like this. So you stopped doing it. If you had been encouraged to keep using
this inborn mental faculty you would probably exhibit quite advanced
intuitive and psychokinetic abilities by now. And life would be much more
pleasant. It is an observable fact that the use of imagination by children is
actively discouraged in most home and school environments.
Let's look at how dream inspired answers arrive:
For a start your left-hand beta brain (we're talking about the usual right-
handed person here) which is the one you use while you are awake was
never intended to supply inspirational answers. That is not its intended
function.
It appears to have evolved as a logical analytical planning brain and
when you go to sleep it stops working.
While you are asleep your right alpha/theta brain takes over.

17
During sleep your right brain electrical frequencies cycle periodically
between 1-14 cycles per second. That is, between deep sleep (delta) and the
lighter dream type stage of alpha. It is during these alpha/theta cycles that
your deep subconscious can be tapped to supply inspirational answers.
These often arrive in symbolic form (which is the language of the intuitive
right-brain) where for example you might dream that you are having trouble
steering a car on a winding road. This would usually indicate that you don't
subconsciously feel in control of the course of action in life that you are
currently taking.
The conscious mind appears to dislike messages from the
subconscious and has to be "tricked" via symbols into accepting these
creative or meaningful thoughts.
Our intuitive hunches come directly from the right brain
subconscious mind but are usually overruled by the logical left brain.
People who train their right brain to work properly usually become very
intuitive. Intuition is our sixth sense. It is something we were all born with
but have lost the use of. Women tend to use their right intuitive brain more
than their male counterparts and it was recently proven that given an
identical test problem which required logical thought the women volunteers
actually used both brain hemispheres ... the men used their left brain
hemisphere only.
Intuition occurs naturally in most people but it appears that certain
emotional states enhance it. In times of mortal danger, for example, some
people experience a sharpening of their intuition. This is probably an
inherent human characteristic which might explain why women are
naturally more intuitive than men ....... they have to intuitively protect their
young.
Once you start getting into alpha/theta training - and thereby opening
up your right-side brain - your intuition seems to improve ....... sometimes
quite dramatically. Strange, useful coincidences will appear in your life and
synchronistic events will become quite noticeable.
Synchronicity can be described as a series of meaningful coincidences
all apparently connected by some hidden agenda.

18
People who intentionally reactivate their right-brain invariably report a
vast improvement in the quality of their life. The most frequent comment is
that they feel in control. Petty annoyances don't trouble them and they are
less stressed and much more relaxed. And once they have carried this a step
further and learned how to handle subjective communication they can
encourage people to whom they relate easily into their life and remove those
that they find abrasive.
An earlier survey of the US FORTUNE 500 business executives
revealed that most of them were highly intuitive and tended to follow their
hunches or gut feelings. The executives who took part in the intuition tests
generally scored very high marks.
As you use this PPS PROGRAM you will probably find yourself
becoming more intuitive and it is highly likely that you will become
increasingly aware of synchronistic events that you would otherwise not have
noticed.
Once you start practicing alpha your awareness increases. You start
noticing unusual coincidental events that would have escaped your attention
before. And you start to feel that you were intended to notice these things.
You get the impression that you are being looked after but you just can't
quite put your finger on the source of the feeling. It is almost a sensation of
knowing that things will average out in your favor.
Basically the program calls for the user to drop to alpha (daydream
state) while considering his or her problem in a fairly specific manner.
He or she then drifts off to sleep while the program tape is running. The
subconscious mind then works on the problem because it has been
instructed to by the program on the tape. An inspired answer will usually
arrive. This can happen almost immediately or over the next few days. The
more you use this program the quicker the answers will come. On occasions
you will wake up in the middle of the night with a crystal clear solution in
your head. If you do .....write it down immediately. Do not wait until the
morning. This action is necessary because your dream memories usually
fade quickly...... sometimes they last only 7-10 seconds after waking up.
You can basically program your mind to do anything you want it to do.

19
For example...... if you tell yourself as you are dropping off to sleep
(passing through the light hypnotic stage of alpha) that you will awaken at
5am in the morning your subconscious will faithfully awaken you at this
time providing it absorbed your message clearly. This message is reinforced
if you visualize a picture of your clock with 5am on its face.
On top of this your subconscious will automatically program your
dream cycle so that you wake up naturally, fully refreshed and ready to go.
When an alarm clock wakens you it quite often catches you at the wrong
part of your sleep cycle and you can feel quite lethargic for several hours.
This is why it is much better to use an alarm clock that plays music for 10
minutes or so before the alarm goes off. This way, your subconscious has
time to bring you up through the sleep cycle naturally.
You can actually program your subconscious to do quite an amazing
number of things. The trick is to program while you are totally relaxed just
before you fade off to sleep. If you program it in this alpha state (just before
your mind starts wandering) you can give it any instruction you wish.
Providing the instructions are given with sufficient conviction your
subconscious will follow orders exactly.
You can, with enough practice develop your personal mental control to
the point where you can cancel out pain in any specific part of your body
that you wish. This ability can then be used to give yourself a "local
anesthetic". It is quite handy when visiting the dentist. The initial technique
as taught by the personal mind-control courses is to mentally picture
(visualize) one of your hands immersed in ice-water while the other is
immersed in very hot water. You can quite easily achieve a temperature
difference of 4-5 degrees with just a small amount of practice. You then
visualize this "cold area" on your hand moving around your body until you
center it in the place which is causing pain. If you "move" this cold area into
your gums and visualize your teeth packed with ice you can do away with
injections at the dentist. But I'd suggest you don't tell your dentist what
you're doing ..... it unnerves them!
Your subconscious mind has total and complete control over your

What secrets do these buyers of our

"Love your system ...I won $32,000"

"Love your system. Too bad I can't tell anyone what I am doing. So I only told a
select few that I won $32,000 at the horses on an $8.00 pick six ticket.

Have been playing for years, but never really attempted to win this particular
wager. Nor have I ever won this much. However, I do expect to do this again. And
for more money. Thank you."
