I rina chotaliya & alpesh Nimavat undertake the project on HR on Hotel .We choose five
practices in HR

1. Recruitment:-

We analyze the recruitment process in hotel

2. Selection:-

How the selection process is carry on in hotel on the basis of skill.

3. Training:-

We analyze the training which has given in the hotel. It play a very dominant
role in hotel industry.

4. Performance Appraisal:-

We analyze through which technique they appraise the performance.

5. 360 Degree feedback

We analyze the support from the market.

a) Primary Objectives:

 To study the hr practices in hotels through different components’.

b) Secondary Objectives:

 To compare the human resources in different hotel in India.

 The purpose of this study is to identify efficiency of human resource in hotels of india.

 From this study, we can make a detailed study on the recruitment ,selection
performance appraisal, training , 360 degree feedback practices in hotel.
