we were in Camp Crame, my father was invited by the police to go to the
barangay because of my complaint.
Q : What happened when you saw your father?
A : I was hysterical. I slapped him, kicked him, punched him and hurled
invectives at him. I remember telling him, “Ipinangako mo di mo na uli
ako gagalawin! Naniwala ako para sa ikatatahimik ng pamilya natin!
Hayop kang ama! Hayop ka! Mabulok ka sa bilangguan!”
Q : Did your father answer back?
A : Yes. He said, “Di ko alam ang pinagsasabi mo.”
Q : What happened afterwards?
A : He was arrested and brought to the police station.
Q : Why did you come to us?
A : I want my father jailed.
Q : Why?
A : Because he raped me and that might also rape my other sisters.
Q : Did you realize that the person you want thrown in jail is your father?
A : Yes.
Q : So how will you live? It seems your father is the only breadwinner in your
family.
A : I don’t know. What I know is that he should be jailed.
