To whom it may concern

As the Manager for KOMU 8 and Mid Missouri’s CW’s Promotion

Department, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Katy Tripses over the
past 18 months on various projects. Katy started as an intern was
eventually hired as a part time employee.

Katy has consistently contributed ideas regarding the promotion and

branding of our stations. Katy produced unique ideas that were
incorporated in our station image and promotional campaigns. Katy
demonstrated a broad knowledge of traditional, interactive and social
media. Katy always worked in a professional manner and could be
counted on for providing service in a dependable fashion.

Katy exhibited traits consistent of a person seeking to improve herself

every day. I feel Katy would be an asset to any organization and
recommend her without reservation.
