The Order Process
1. Decide which garment(s) you would like to order
and make a note of the product number(s)
2. Dial our phone number 1-700-507-506 and place
your order with our sales team. We will take your
credit card details and your payment will be
processed.
3. Receive your order from our friendly delivery man
within 2-3 days. In case of exchange/refund see
below: ‘’Returns policy’’.

catalogue.

Returns Policy
Our aim is to make your shopping experience with us
as enjoyable as possible. That means that we want you
to be 100% satisfied with the clothes you buy. In the
event that you are not, or size is incorrect, we will gladly
provide a full money refund or exchange, subject to
the following conditions:
• The garment is in resalable condition the way it
was received by the customer
• The ‘’Gallery Kids’’ tag is still attached to the
garment
• A request for refund is made within 8 days of
purchase to our call center (not including Pesach).
Gallery Kids reserves the right to withhold exchange/
refund if the above conditions are not met.
We will return to your address only once free of charge.
Subsequently, there will be a charge as above.
Delivery
We deliver within the Yerushalayim area 3 times a week
and twice-a-week outside Yerushalayim usually in the
evening by our friendly delivery man.
We charge ₪18 for delivery within Yerushalayim and
₪28 for outside Yerushalayim. For orders above ₪400
delivery is FREE OF CHARGE.*
* Please note: In the event that a refund causes the value of the purchase to fall
dramatically, we may re impose the delivery charge. Gallery Kids reserves this
right and may use it at its own discretion in order to avoid abuse of the offer.
