Feb 12 health mission: another shining
moment for Rotaract and Interact clubs
Once again, members of the Rotaract and Interact
Clubs of Holy Spirit demonstrated commendable
performance in providing assistance to patients
and medical professionals during the recently-
concluded medical/dental/diagnostic mission.
They competently manned the registration desks
for medical and dental patients as well as for the
ECG and x-ray cases. Rotaract President James
Lorenzo and his team effectively managed the
queue of medical and dental patients waiting for
their turn, pacifying the sometimes unruly, rude
and impatient ones.

for another job well done!

will attend Discon 2011.
RC VisMin QC spearheads campaign
to assist fire victims
RCVMQC and its partners PAGER & BJMP have
initiated an outreach project to provide immedi-
ate assistance to the victims of the recent fires
in Barangay Bahay Toro (Feb 14) and Agham
Road (Feb. 7), both in Quezon City. The club is
currently accepting donations of relief items
(canned goods, rice, noodles, water, used
clothes, and other necessities, etc) from Rotary
partners, the BJMP and other organizations who
wish to help the fire victims.

RC Holy Spirit sends 16 volunteers (9 Rotarians & 7 Rotarac-
tors) to assist in the anti-polio immunization drive organized by
District 3780 and the QC government. (Read next week’s Dove)

With RCHS as main sponsor, the Rotaract and Inter-
act Clubs of Holy Spirit held a truly meaningful cele-
bration of the Araw ng Kabataan last Saturday, Feb
19, at the Gilarmi covered court in the Barangay.
They brought cheers to about 700 kids from their
host community through a program of mass feeding,
games & contests with prizes, and a movie mara-
thon. The clubs’ fund raising activity was timed with
this day-long event. Details in next week’s Dove.
