22 October' 200 1
I recei ved Mr. Robinson' s letter of 18 October 200 I Thank you very much. If I understand
correctly from the third paragraph of the letter, Ms. Dombrowski may not at this point pursue a
change of custody, but is asking that the requirement for supervised visitation be lifted. 1will
address those issues, but first, I would like to discuss the subject of the website. This website was
established for Ms. Dombrowski. It is my impression that the site has been a dismal failure in
attracting a mass audience. It has primarily been an electronic podium from which Ms.
Dombrowk,; ""d her mother, Betty Stumpf c><coriateJudge Anderson and Attorney General
Stovall. It has also attracted a group of people who have left messages on the site's bulletin board.
These messages have become progressively more ominous and I would offer a couple of examples
below:
These comments appear to be made by people who know next to nothing about the case. I fail to
see how the presence of this website is helping anyone. Ifanything, it seems to be unnecessarily
inflaming passions. I would ask that Mr. Robinson use his persuasive powers and suggest to Ms.
Dombrowski and her followers that this website be shut down. I am well aware that none of us can
force that to happen. Nevertheless, the website seems to be creating an increasingly ugly
atmosphere.
I further have no idea whether domestic violence occurred between the parties last December.
Since no criminal charges have been forthcoming and the parties are in extreme disagreement as to
whether these alleged events happened, this is, in my mind, a dead issue. To the best of my
knowledge, there has not been a scintilla of evidence which would suggest that Rikki has been
physically abused by anyone. As my letter of 30 August 2001 indicates, Rikki appears to be doing
fine. I recently (10/29/01) had reason to speak with Ms. Araiza, Rikki's school teacher, who -
reported to me that Rikki is "doing fine."
~
I cannot agree to a change of custody. I will agree to unsupervised guideline visitation under the
following conditions.
competent
/1.
Ms. Dombrowski will submit to a psychiatric/psychological evaluation to be completed by a
professional of the Court's choosing. I would like some clarification to Ms.
" ~. Dombrowksi' s statement about dying which I referenced in my letter to you of 30 August 200 I.
'J Again, I am compelled to ask whether this statement was made for her reader's consumption only
and hence~r d~~ ~ect ~whether she really meant it.

t:\ \~. Ms. Dombrowski agrees that never again will she summon the electronic or print media to
i 0 visitation exchanges.
0'1..-- 3. Ms: Dombrowksi agrees that never again will she take it upon herself to unilaterally modify a
parentmg tIme order of the court and that any further modifications will only be by agreement or
A~ by order of the Court.
t!'{}\\ tJ~ 4. Ms. Dombrowski agrees that under no conditions will she ever remove Rikki from the State of
\~ ~ Kansas without prior court approval.

5. The presence and the behavior of Ms. Betty Stumpf has been an aggravating feature in this case.
I am now convinced that Ms. Stumpf deliberately lied to me in December about Ms. Dombrowski
t 0 and Rikki's whereabou~ She has customarily referred to the Court in the most contemptuous of
().
If terms. Her presence in is case has been destructive and counter productive and I would ask the
~ ,/ Court to enter an order fi rbidding any contact between Rikki and her maternal grandmother.
