Re:_ Sarah Elizabeth Rumpf; The Florida Bar File No. 2011-30,370 (0F) ~—
Dear Ms. Dunmir
All correspondence and documents submitted in this matter have been carefully reviewed.
Ms. Dunmire, you complained that Ms. Rumpf prevented you from attending an event at
Foundation Academy. You also indicate that she interfered with your civil rights and knowingly
advised the school representative to ignore the IRS regulations, Ms. Rumpf provided a written
response in which she explained that she understands you have a right to express your opinion,
but the event that was being sponsored by the West Orlando Tea Party did not have an obligation
‘o provide you with a forum to express your opinion. She said she did not discriminate against
‘you and the school did not take any actions to violate the IRS regulations. She states you were
not granted entry into this event because of your behavior and those of your other associates,
She states since there was a concern for the safety of the other attendees, a decision was made
not to allow you to attend.
There is insufficient evidence to establish that Ms, Rumpf has violated any of the rules adopted
by the Supreme Court of Florida which govern attorney discipline. Accordingly, continued
disciplinary proceedings in this matter are inappropriate and our file has been closed. Pursuant
to the Bar's records retention schedule, the computer record and file will be disposed of one year
from the date of closing.
