*Starting in December and running until the spring, the Hammerheads (Tuffy)
and Makos (Lesley) will have one combined practice on Friday nights from
5:45-7:00 p.m. (Except as noted below)

• Warm-Ups at 7:30 a.m., Competition Starts at 9:00 a.m.
• Meet should last for app. 4 hours
