Host Fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project


Hollywood’s Top Comedians Take the Stage Oct. 20th to
Support Our Wounded Military & Their Families
Because the greatest tragedy is being forgotten …
HOLLYWOOD — Oct. 1, 2010 — For Immediate Release — The world-famous Laugh Factory and
KABC 790 TalkRadio are hosting a fundraiser to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), a non-
profit organization whose mission is to honor and empower military members injured since Sept. 11, 2001.
The evening, hosted by KABC’s popular week-day morning show host Peter Tilden with Teresa Strasser,
will boast a line-up of all-star talent headlined by Paul Rodriguez, Tommy Davidson and other surprise
guests. To raise awareness and support for wounded military members – some of whom will be at the event –
and their families, the Laugh Factory will donate 100% of all ticket sales to the Wounded Warrior Project.
Created by wounded warriors for other wounded warriors, WWP assists service members and their
families immediately following injury and during convalescence and rehabilitation; WWP Alumni offers
long-term support beyond hospitalization. WWP offers support, communication and camaraderie for
wounded warriors as they continue life beyond injury.
WHAT: Laugh Factory’s Wounded Warrior Fundraiser, hosted by KABC 790 TalkRadio’s
Peter Tilden and featuring a line-up of all-star talent, headlined by Paul Rodriguez,
Tommy Davidson and other surprise guests (and joined by some of the military members
who have been assisted by the charity).
WHEN: Wed., Oct. 20 @ 8 p.m. (Doors open at 7:25 p.m.)

TICKETS: $25 General Admission / $35 VIP Admission. Donations will also be accepted on-site.
