The good news in Redding is that the volume of sales has picked up nicely after a dismal year in
2010. 16 homes have sold so far this year, versus only 10 in the first quarter of 2010. The bad news is
that prices continue to stumble, with both list and sale prices of those sold falling almost 20% for the
