    This email was sent from an IP address belonging to Solana Beach Presbyterian Church the day after Craig Swanson told San Diego Police Department Detective Tim Williams that he had learned that Nina Karen Howard, the roommate/childcare provider he suspected was involved in the children's injuries, was apparently dead and that her memorial service was held at the church. It is an attempt to threaten and intimidate to stop the investigation into what happened. Tim Williams admitted in court that he knows who sent this email, but avoided stating who it was. He also admitted to making other threats against the father and his family.

    First of all, not giving yourself a false name or contact information is an=
    automatic clue that this email of yours is complete BS.
    Secondly, You should have used a better we based email rather than Hotmail.=
    Everyone uses Hotmail you first-timer.
    Lastly, Do same damn research for crying out loud. No decent con man will =
    attempt to do what you just did without months of research.

    Your dealing with current, and former lawyers, retired judges and former FB=
    I agents here. Trust me, your not the first jackass with a computer to thi=
    nk up something like this. You are what we like to consider an "NT" (No Th=
    reat). You fall so far down the bottom of our Prank Files, that we might a=
    s well wipe our ass with all the BS your sending us.

    Sorry if I hurt your feelings, I suggest moving out of your parents house a=
    nd get a damn place of your own because if you take this any further, we wi=
    ll be forced to take REAL legal actions. That means locating the origin of=
    your emails, locating you residents, and arresting your rookie ass in fron=
    t of your parents. =20

    Like you, I too can create a Hotmail account and send out emails, the only =
    difference here is I am a professional, with years of experience. If you a=
    re even as clever as I hope you are, you'd immediately run a source trace t=
    o this email & find out exactly where it came from. But seeing that you ha=
    ve no idea what the hell you are doing, then I can only assume that this em=
    ail is getting you rather angry.

    Oh and one more thing. If your some gumpy ass who is trying to create one =
    of those fishing email deals then your out of luck. We've got a pretty tou=
    gh firewall, state of the art spam blocker, and we absolutely do not get vi=
    ruses. But let me warn you. I can do these things to your little computer=
    or network with ease.

    So take some advice from this old professional. Do your research, study yo=
    ur targets, and maybe, just maybe you may get away with it.
