permanent staff for small foundations and donor-advised funds.

Nonprofit Doctor You may have a grantee or potential grantee that you believe would benefit from the
Nonprofit Doctor program. An individualized service can be designed to help strengthen
Foundation Edition an agency’s capacity. Primarily geared to Boards and CEOs who have been working
together for less than 18 months, Nonprofit Doctor provides advisory, training and
organizational assessment services for all aspects of a nonprofit’s operations including
development, financial management, governance, human resources and programs. The
Nonprofit Doctor can help pinpoint your grantee’s unique strengths and challenges and
solidify the Board/CEO relationship in the crucial early days to assure success for long-term
results.

The Nonprofit Doctor is also helpful for Boards who will be conducting a new CEO search
or hiring a CEO for the first time.

Nonprofit Coach Designed for CEOs and Boards who have worked together at least 18 months, the
Nonprofit Coach builds on the work of the Nonprofit Doctor and can help strengthen
Foundation Edition Board/CEO relationships. Services include retreat design and facilitation, enhanced
diagnostic services of all aspects of your grantee’s operations with an increased emphasis
on accountability, ethics and stewardship for high-functioning boards and CEOs.
