    MONICA’S JELLO CAKE/ SANE CAKE

    1 box, yellow cake mix


    1 box, (regular, small size) orange or lemon Jello mix
    2/3 cup, oil
    2/3 cup, water
    4 whole eggs
    2/3 cup, orange juice
    1 cup, sugar
    Blend all ingredients. Bake as directed on the box of cake mix in large sheet cake pan.

    GLAZE

    Mix 2/3 cup orange juice and 1 cup sugar. Poke holes in top of cake with toothpick. Pour
    glaze over hot cake.
