Chocolate
Chip Cookies
FRESHLY MADE FROM FRESH INGREDIENTS

DRY INGREDIENTS WET INGREDIENTS


2 tbsp, 2 tsp white sugar 2 tbsp, 2 tsp butter(softened)
2 tbsp, 2 tsp brown sugar 1 egg
1/8 tsp baking soda 3/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt 3/8 tsp hot water(for puffiness)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

METHOD
Preheat oven to 350°F. Put the cookie mix in a large bowl and add the wet
ingredients one by one. Mix well with an electric or hand mixer until
smooth. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet lined
with parchment paper about 2 inches apart from each other. Flatten out
the dough dollops just a bit and add more chocolate chips if necessary.
Bake in the oven until edges are golden brown, about 10 minutes.
