Unless the Governor and the Legislature

renew and strengthen our rent laws,
New York could become a TENT CITY!
Without rent regulation, many New Yorkers would be on the streets - it’s as simple as that. The
Real Rent Reform coalition’s “Tent Cities” will be traveling across New York City to raise awareness
of the crisis caused by the continuing loss of our rent-regulated housing. The Governor SAYS he
supports rent reform, but actions speak louder than words!
