About E-Mitra

The IT wing of state Government of Rajasthan,DoIT&C,has set up E-Mitra.

E-Mitra integrates LokMitra & JanMitra initiatives of Rajasthan Govt.It bring together all the
departments under one umbrella and give citizens of the state a multi-service single-window
experience. The key objectives are to :

Provide for hassle free one-stop solutions.

Combines best features of LokMitra & JanMitra models.

Public-Private Partnership model for Front Offices.

Uses real time, Internet & batch processing modes.

Functional Architecture
There are two major components of the e-Mitra project.
 Back Office processing.
 Service Counters.

Utility Bill Payment Services:

 BSNL Mobile & Telephone Bills
 Electricity Bill payments.(JVVN & other electricity boards)
 Public Health Department bill payments(Water bill)
 Jaipur Municipal Corporation Bills.
 Rajasthan Housing Board Bill payments.
 Rajasthan Revenue Board.
 Jaipur Development Authority.
 Rajasthan public service commission.
 Food and public distribution department.
 ICICI Pru policy premium payments.

Application Form Services:

 Birth/Death Certificate.
 Affidavit of bona-fide resident for urban/rural areas.
 SC/ST certificate.
 Application for old-age/ widow/ handicap/ helpless pension.
 Application for new ration card.

E-mitra covers all 33 districts and have around 2000 touch points across
rajasthan.

As per our last meeting with Mr. R.K. Sharma, OXIGEN can have association
With DoIT&C in following ways :

1. Became LSP of E-mitra(DoIT&C).

2. Revenue sharing module: mutual sharing all the services with DoIT
3. Oxigen can Ti up with existing LSP i.e CMS to avail the services of
E-mitra.
