    The Court hereby informs the parties that the undersigned’s signature was endorsed on a

    false and fraudulent order which was one of the facts underlying the criminal charges brought

    against Scott Rothstein in United States of America v. Scott Rothstein, Case No. 09-60331-CR-

    Cohn. The fraudulent order is mentioned in paragraph 26 of the Information filed in that case.
