Snickerdoodles

Ingredients: cup butter cup butter flavored Crisco 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 cups flour 2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. baking soda tsp. salt 2 Tbs. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon PREHEAT oven to 400 F. (375 F for convection oven). MIX butter, Crisco, and sugar until combined. Mix in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Roll dough into 1 balls and coat in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 8-9 minutes.
