NIIT was established in the year 1981 by young entrepreneur Rajendra S. Pawar and Vijay K. Thadani. In early 1981, on the campus of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India students Rajendra S. G Raghavan
leads NIITs Individual Learning Business as President. It is his responsibility to grow the education business, globally. Raghavan joined NIIT in 2005, after a career spanning 25 years in sales, marketing, Download Image product management, e-business and general management in both Global Companies like Carrier Corporation and Ingram Micro and India based Companies like Voltas and Madras Cements.

He was with Carrier, the air conditioning division of United Technologies Corporation of USA, for 17 years and has held varying responsibilities for them in Asia Pacific, the USA, and India where he was the President & Executive Director of the company. Before joining NIIT, Raghu, as he is known, was with Ingram Micro as its Managing Director for India, before moving to the technology distribution companys Asia Pacific operations in Singapore. As a part of his role in NIIT, Raghu serves on the e-skills Council of South Africa and has also had the privilege of being appointed as Chief Consultant for the Government of Wuxi, China. Raghavan holds a Post-Graduate qualification in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and has a bachelors degree from the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore.

Dr. Smarajit Dey


is President, Strategic Initiatives for NIIT, and works closely with the Growth, Innovation and Corporate Development initiatives of the company. L. Balasubramanian
heads NIITs strategic initiative for Skills Development in new domains, with a thrust on employability. He has over thirty years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Subroto Bhattacharya, is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience. He possesses rich experience in the field of Finance and Management Consultancy, having worked as a part of the core team in several reputed organizations. Surendra Singh, a retired IAS Officer, has held very senior positions in the Central and State Governments. Starting his Public Service in 1959, Mr Singh has been Special Secretary to Prime Minister of India, responsible for all the economic work in PM's Download Images Office, Cabinet Secretary to the Government of India, Secretary to the Council of Ministers and Secretary, Ministry of Industry. He was an Executive Director on the board of the World Bank,

Sanjay Khosla, Executive Vice President and President of Kraft International Commercial Kraft Foods Inc, is responsible for leading the companys $11 billion business outside of North America. Marketing research means the systematic gathering, recording, analyzing of data about problems relating to the marketing of goods and services Marketing research has proved an essential tool to make all the need of marketing management. 5.4.1) Problem Identification:


The first and the most important step of marketing research is properly defining the problem. In order to identify the research problem two categories of problem should be carefully noticed. Here the researchers problems are: A number of customers are not satisfied with services, new schemes and offers. A number of customers are not satisfied with the network coverage. A number of customers are not satisfied with the rates of NIIT. A number of customers are not satisfied with the schemes. A number of customers are not satisfied with the service of of NIIT.

RESEARCH DESIGN:
Research design indicates the methods and procedure of conducting research study. Research design can be done in following three types:1 Exploratory Research:Exploratory research focuses on the discovery of new ideas and is generally based on secondary data. 2 Descriptive Research:Descriptive research is undertaken when the researcher want to know the characteristics of certain groups. 3 Causal or Experimental Researches:An experimental research is undertaken to identify causes and effect relationship between two variables. Probability sampling means each unit of the universe has equal chance of getting selected. The most frequently used probability sampling methods are as below: a) Simple Random Sampling.

b) Stratified Random Sampling. c) Multi-stage Random Sampling. d) Cluster Sampling. e) Multi phase Sampling. f) Replicated Sampling.

Non Probability Sampling:Non Probability sampling contains following methods:-

a) Judgment Sampling. b) Convenience Sampling. c) Panel Sampling. d) Quota Sampling For this purpose the researcher has used non probability convenience sampling.

Sample Size: Sample size means limited numbers of respondents covered under the research study from a

population and the researcher has taken a survey of 100 respondents to know the satisfaction level of customer. II) Sampling Area: The researchers area for survey was: I) NIIT.

Sampling Unit: Here the researcher has randomly selected the respondents of the Mathura city.

Limitation of the study


Through I have tried my level best to make the study and he report writing qualitative & excellent, the following limitation are remain overcome in the study.

NIIT has a huge market national and international level,.

The time period allotted for the study i.e. two months is a short period for completing this type of activities.

The accuracy of the project and conclusion is totally depending on the accuracy of the data collected and analyzed.

This project is related to summer season-2011 only. The result not same for all season.

& rolling out EPP. 6) Provides genuine feedback, post the EPP show, about a) EPP feedback. b) Dealer. c) Offers & bundles. d) Employees in the org. e) Misc- place, response, prospects, org, timing etc.

RECOMMENDATION Relationship
To do any business requires a bridging between buyer and seller .so NIIT should appoint a term of dynamic marketing executive who can established a good relationship with institutes, Schools and corporate houses. Frequent follows ups will certainly prove fruitful for NIIT in the long run.
