ABOUT POSITION
The position is based at Mumbai with frequent field visit to other parts of country. The incumbent will be mainly
responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring under Local area need & national need thematic focus.
The position demands coordination and linkages with multiple stakeholders in multiple geographies to facilitate
project implementation.

Reports to: Head CSR (UPL Limited)


Key Responsibilities
• Project management role in the implementation of the CSR projects in Mumbai & Maharastra and
achievement of agreed deliverables.
• Coordination and linkages with multiple stakeholders in multiple geographies and in the process
capacity of all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner NGO’s, key government departments,
other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong systems to facilitate smooth and effective communication between
stakeholders and oversee the development of strong systems for Monitoring, documentation and
communication.
• Scheduled report on project progress, milestones, budget and expenditures.
• Facilitate the effective assessment and evaluation of initiatives.
• Work closely with the CSR Head and serve as interface between CSR department and external
stakeholder.
• Lead of employee volunteering programme of UPL Group.

Required key qualification & experience:


• Candidate must be post graduate in Rural Management / Management / MSW or relevant field.
• Working on slum-based initiative will be preferred
• Around 5-8 years of professional working experiences in development sectors with INGO/NGO/CSR

Required key skills / competencies:


• Working experiences on large CSR project will be preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and cope with varied workloads.
• Good knowledge and experience of national level development need.
• Familiar with functioning of CSR / NGO sector and having strong coordination, networking and
advocacy skill.
• Project ownership and traveling to multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skill in English and Hindi.
• Good knowledge demonstrated competency in computer application.
