Summary of meeting
To hand over to Dr, Khin Mar Aye by Dr.Win Lei Aye Dr. WLA and Dr. KMA discussed about some special cases such as cotri allergy and other cases. Dr. WLA also said she will mark some Dapsone cases in the top of file in order to be found easily by Dr. KMA.

To run clinic smoothly y y y y Dr. AMT advises the clinic team to record fixed access such as computer, locker and tables etc because Round III will be ended at December, 2011. Dr. Wut Yi advises to record all STI referral cases (no), T.B referral cases and family planning cases. Dr. Wut Yi discusses with all attendances especially counselor for PMTCT counseling cases. Team member agree to record PMTCT counseling by counselor. All PMTCT cases have to be counseled by counselors at least 4 times before delivery. Ko Zaw Zaw Naing requests to give PMTCT counseling training and format to counselor in order to be standardized facts. (By PSS team) Daw Toe Toe Naing request for capacity building of SHG and Nursing care training for CGs and SHG members. Daw Toe Toe Naing also inform that one CG will be resigned at the end of June or July and she also ask how to inform to BI and how to recruit new CG.

To consult about technical assist by BI y

The problem of insufficient staff because of frequently staff turnover. (Both teams mean Thaton team and Mandalay/WJ team) (Solving mechanism= try to recruit new staff and training new staff again) Both teams have to update patients files by filling summary sheet, staging update, OI (ongoing, recurrent, new) chat. (It is easily to fill up the files, but try to fill regularly. The update patients files will help all team members to manage clinic when the Medical officers will be out of clinic with any reason, trainings, meetings and advocacy etc ., The patients files also help the doctors form Yangon office to support your team and can also advocate authorities if need. Moreover, it can also helpful to extend 3 D R III.) (Both teams face the problem of 3 D R III exit. (Need help from head office)

Action Points
y y y y For fixed access record, Daw Toe Toe and Ko Tun Min Latt will be continued to do. For referral record, team members have already done so. For PMTCT, Dr. WY will discuss with Dr. Thet and PM for PMTCT counseling training and format. For Nursing Care training, Dr. WY will arrange for this. (One day nursing care training will be added in care and support III training)

For new CG, Dr. AMT advises two options, one is to assign RDM volunteer as new CG and the other is to recruit new CG. In order to recruit new CG, WJ team has to inform TC, R III PM and STO, C&S. (advised by Dr. AMT)
