Downloading Reports to MS Excel


When the reports are run there are two routes for taking the report to MS Excel:
Hierarchy (standard) View: set column width when viewing full structure; print preview entire hierarchy; menu option system > list > save as
Process structure shown in individual columns Some blank lines are inserted in the MS Excel view of the report hierarchy.

Table View: Switch to table view buttons to download to local file
