DESIGN OF THE PROJECT 1. Terms and condition of the system designer that must meet the goals and objective of the client. E.g. theme; color, text style, images, logos, etc. II. CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT 1. Terms and conditions of the project team that is agreeable to the clients interest, goals and objectives. This pertains to the responsibility of the project team and the responsibility of the client. E.g. information and data gathering for the part of the project team, computer language and database software(front end and back end) to be used, Gantt chart or time table, hardware and software requirements, etc. III. ACCEPTANCE INSPECTION 1. Terms and conditions on the part of client and the project team for delivering the system project on a designated date and if the system project meet the goals and objective of the set by the client. IV. TRAINING 1. Terms and condition set by the team project and is agreeable to the clients interest in training personnel and establishing a designated date for the training. E.g. training dates, designated instructor, hardware and software requirement for the training V. HAND-OVER OF THE PROJECT 1.
