3. Fluidised Catalytic cracking unit Operations : Associated with Fluidized Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCC) since

Commissioning. Responsible for managing the activities in Reactor, Regenerator, Catalyst Hoppers with loading/Unloading system, Charge Heater (Furnace), Direct fire Air Heaters (DFAH), and Hydraulic operated slide valves. Main Air Blower, Steam turbine, Flue Gas Cooler (Boiler) & Flue gas Scrubber. Main Fractionators, Steam Generator, Slurry oil hot Pumps. Gas concentration section: Wet gas Compressors, Primary Absorber, Sponge Absorber, Amine Absorber, Wet Gas Compressors, Stripper, Debutanizer. Managed the FCC products such as LPG, Fuel Gas, Light Cycle Oil, Light / Medium / Heavy Gasoline /Naphtha and Fuel Oil. Controlling the Safe Start-Up, Normal and Shutdown Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitoring & control the crude receipt, crude feed to unit & receipt of products from units, receipt & transfer from external parties, storage, measurements of crude & petroleum products.

Routine checkup of line-up, pumps & moving tanks. Starting/stopping loading operations locally and/or through control console. Change over Equipments according to running hours and procedure To collect routine as well as special samples. Preparation of batches of additives (Dye, Anti static compound, Multi functional additives, Antioxidants) Carry out Heavy Oil/Sludge/Water dips and gas tests when required and preparing/checking related documentation. Read, record and transmit meteorological data. Calculation of receipt and transfer quantity using ERP package Calculation of loss and gain on transfer using ERP package. Participates in maintenance, project and shutdown activities by preparing equipment for isolation, shutdown and start up before and after work commencement and completion.

Participate in pipeline maintenance activities. Carry out and ensures all work is performed in accordance with established safety rules and regulations. Tank farm operation like commissioning/decommissioning of tank, line up of tank for receipt/transfer, water draw off, periodical inspection of tanks & pipe ally.

Monitoring & control the receipt/transfer of LPG from spheres, mounded bullets. Monitoring & checking pentax gas detectors, ROVs & safety valves. Coordinate & communicate with supervisor on VHF. Monitor & control asphalt bulk trucks movement before & after loading on weighbridge. Preparation of excise gate passes, daily inventory & summary report of asphalt.

Ensures Emergency and safety equipment, together with protective system functional at all times. I am working as Acting nominated delegated area authority when required. In absence of tanker officer handles job responsibility like receipt of crude from tanker. Carrying out duties like coordinating with crude tanker, Dock master & refinery. Collecting loading port papers & samples. Carry out tank ullages of ships tank & prepare ullage report & inform refinery the quantity on board.

Responsible for Proper, verbal & written handover during shift change & end of any plant trip. Familiar with Environmental awareness, Tasks risk assessment. Familiar with Radio communication & Telephone system. I am also involved in Reporting System. (Shift Reports, Daily Production Reports, Plant Abnormality Reports and Plant data collection). Monitoring the key parameters of the Field Areas and Control Room for feed back to process analysis technical team, handles the Emergency Situation & production optimisation.

Preparation & executing the all type of jobs of plant equipments during normal operation & in shutdown.

Safety Activities : First or second signatory of all kind of Work Permits Preparing Safety Checklist for the job proposed. Involving in plant level Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Participating in Plant level Safety Meeting.

Training Undergone H2S awareness and escape.
