The Domestic Return Receipt bears the signature and printed name and date of delivery ( 12.08.2010) of the agent or addressee that signed for the Express Mail. The Domestic Return Receipt is
postmarked DEC 08 2010 in Monroe Township, New Jersey. The Domestic Return Receipt also bears the sender's hand printed name, Bruce Steadman, and his address in Tucker, Georgia.

Each letter was individually addressed to its specific recipient. Each letter was individually notarized by one of two notary publics at US Bank in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Each envelope was hand addressed. Each letter was sent via USPS Certified Mail. Each USPS Certified Mail Receipt was hand
addressed.
