The high self actualized personality is responsible, trustworthy and reasonable while the lowly self-actualized personality is irresponsible, unethical, and irrational. The high manipulative-self actualizing individual is quite capable of manipulating the low manipulative low self actualizing individual to do his or her share of work. Should the low-manipulative-low self actualizing individual change for the better, they are likely to get along well.
