Ph.D., is an attorney with Finnegan, Henderson,Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, L.L.P., in Washington, DC. Dr. GuptaFocuses his practice on patent litigation in the district courts and the ITC,strategic patent prosecution, and client counseling, with a considerableexpertise in diverse areas pertaining to telecommunications, optics,semiconductors, and nano devices. Dr. Gupta is an alumni of IndianInstitute of technology (IIT) and also served as a physicist at the NationalInstitute of Standards and Technology, prior to entering the legalprofession. David Hill,
is a partner with Finnegan,Henderson,Farabow,Garrett &Dunner, L.L.P., in Washington,DC.has a diverse practice that includespatent and trademark litigation, prosecution, licensing negotiations,dispute resolution, and portfolio management. Mr. Hill has particularexperience in the mechanical and electrical arts and has also beenextensively involved with a wide range of trademark matters. He hasprepared many opinions on complex legal and technical issues. Hislitigation experience includes numerous patent infringement trials andappeals, Section 337 unfair import investigations before the U.S.International Trade Commission, and trademark and unfair competitionmatters in state and federal courts.
