TERM AND CONDITIONS

1. To guarantee the above booking, 50% deposit payment must be received by the latest
two weeks before the event,otherwise we assume the booking is not materialized and it
will be released without prior notice.
2. Deposit payment non refundable
3. Check in time : 14.00 WIB and Check out time : 12.00 WIB
4. The rest of payment must be settled 14 working days
5. Kindly be reminded that the minimum guarantee number of room / person reserves is not
subject to reduction,unless being advised 7 (seven) days prior to arrival.

minimum guaranteed number of room / person which ever greater

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. In the event of any cancellation, the following policies will be applied :
