PAYMENT
1. Confirmation letter should be signed at the latest 3 (three) weeks upon arrival.
2. We kindly request 50% deposit from the total amount to be paid to confirm your booking.
3. The remaining balance should be settled 7 (seven) days prior to the event.

CANCELLATION
Should the company cancel or postpone the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the
following cancellation charges will apply:
Cancellation after signed the confirmation letter will be charged 50 % from the total amount.
Cancellation 2 (two) weeks prior to the event will be charged 75 % from the total amount.
Cancellation on the date of the event will be charged 100 % from the total amount.
Cancellation received by phone will not be accepted. Cancellation has to be written through
fax
