WEDDING PROPOSAL FOR WEDDING EVENT IN 2022 / 23

Thank you for your interest in Po Hotel Semarang for your forthcoming wedding event.

Po Hotel situated adjacent to Paragon Mall which is a prominent new landmark of Semarang, strategically located within
the heart of the city's banking, commercial and government offices.

I am pleased to submit our proposal for your kind consideration. However, we are not presently holding any space for this
event. Space will be held on acceptance of this quotation and based on space still being available when you request to
proceed as soon as possible .

Additionally, we are inviting to have site inspection in Po Hotel Semarang at your earliest convenient time, kindly advice
your schedule. As a Po Hotel hallmark, we are providing a daily debrief with you to monitor expenses with the details of
the account. We will set the time of meeting according to your schedule.Please advise if you would like us to pursue this

Corkage
 A corkage charge of IDR 250.000 per bottle wine or IDR 750,000 per bottle liquor will be levied on alcoholic
beverages being brought-in. No outside food will be allowed to be brought in to the hotel.
 In case if the hotel doesn’t provide any specific food requested by client, the corkage charge at 35% of
total food expenses being brought in will be applicable based on hotel selling price.

PRICING POLICY
All rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 11% prevailing government taxes, unless otherwise stated.

This quotation will remain valid for the above event period only. Kindly note that prices quoted may be
subject to change, depending on change in event requirements / dates.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

After the Hotel has secured the rooms from other reservation for the total number of room you reserved;
Any Cancellation or amendment will not be applied unless a written confirmation given to the hotel 72 hours
at the latest prior to group’s arrival. After that time, 1(one) night room charge will be charged accordingly
Any NO Show on day of arrival will be charged 1(one) night as No Show Fee.

DEPOSIT POLICY
In line with our Hotel’s policy, we would require a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of upon
confirmation and 100% of total expenses should be settled 14 days prior to event.

IMMEDIATE SETTLEMENT
At the end of the event, you will be presented with an itemized bill for your review, signature and immediate
settlement. Upon settlement, the full amount less the deposit paid, is to be settled by cash or credit card.
No personal cheque is acceptable.
PAYMENT POLICY
Upon confirmation of your event, we would require a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit
