 Offering mustard oil to Lord Shani makes you get rid of many problems.

By
the grace of Shani Dev, you get the boon of success in every work along with
happiness, prosperity, health and wealth.
 You can apply oil by visiting Shani's temple on Saturday. While offering oil,
keep chanting the mantra  "ॐ प्रां प्रीं प्रौं स: शनै श्चराय नम:"
 Black sesame, black urad dal can be offered to Shani Dev in mustard oil. With
this, there will be peace and happiness in your home.
 Light a mustard oil lamp in front of Shani Dev or under Peepal. Before offering
oil, you must see your face in that vessel. If possible, donate mustard oil to a
poor person, this will make Shani Dev happy and your luck will start shining. 
 On Saturday evening, put a little sesame and a coin in a mustard oil lamp
under a Peepal tree and burn it and go straight home.
 Eating Mango pickle on a Saturday is believed to displease Shani Dev and
cause a loss of wealth.
 Not consume milk on a Saturday. You should avoid consuming curd as well.
Both of these can be consumed after adding jaggery in them. Otherwise, all
the important projects might get obstructed and delayed.
 One should avoid consuming red lentils on a Saturday.
 Never add red chilli or red chilli powder in food on a Saturday.
 One should avoid consuming Alcohol on a Saturday.
 One should not consume mustard oil on a Saturday.
 Offering laddo made of black sesame seeds to Shani Dev on a Saturday is
considered auspicious.
Remedies For Health
 If you face health issues continuously, then do Rudra Abhishek in home. To do
this, chant Rudra Gayatri, “ Tat Purushaya Vidmahe, Mahadevaya Dhimahi,
Tanno Rudra Prachodayat” and offer holy bath to Shivling on any day of the
week continously for 11 weeks.
 If your illness is not cured for a long time, then throw away one day’s medicines
and buy new medicines starting them on Poornima day or during the waxing
phase of moon (Shuklapaksh) on Panchami, Sashti, Saptami, Ashtaki or
Trayodashi.
To tackle issues related to Career
 If you do not ge a job, then offer a spoonful of mustard seeds to sun god
continuously for 41 days. Arrange to donate water on Sundays and maintain a
free water dispenser at the place of your birth for thirsty peaple.
 If your career is instable with frequent problems and tranfers, then fill five copper
vessels with sweets made of basan flour and donate them on Sunday
continuing thes practice for at least 11 Sundays.
 Never start any new work during Rahukalam.
Betterment in love life
 If there are frequent problems between you and your lover, then donate rice
and besan on Thursays especially Sadhus, Priests.
 If there are frequent disagreements and quarrels beteen you and your
spouse, then donate oil on Saturdays and avoid wearing black clothes. Chant
the mantra, “ Om pram preem prom sah shanischaray namah”, facing the
eastren direction after sunste in the evening.
 Buying iron is not at all considered auspicious on Saturday’s. It is a sign of
bad luck and if you bring it at home, it might affect your relationships with
family members, wife, etc.
 Donating iron things is considered more auspicious and it ensures that you
receive the blessing of Lord Shani. Donating iron on Saturday also helps in
upliftment of business and wealth.
 One should not bring Mustard oil or Vegetable oil at home on Saturdays, as
its the sign of sickness.
 If you are going through Shani Sadesatti donate some food made in mustard
oil to the poor, it helps to improve your health condition. Moreover, if you
feed Halwa to dogs, its a sign of fortune and Good luck.
 Buying salt on Saturday’s is a sign of loss and increased debts. People who
are financially weak should not at all taste or bring salt at home on Saturdays.
 Don’t even try to donate or touch any item made from salt. Intake of fruits
such as bananas, mangoes, watermelon is highly recommendable for
changing your luck.
 Scissor is among other things not to buy on Saturday. Buying or Gifting
scissors to someone is never recommended on Saturdays. Although, you
might have many people saying ‘never open and close scissors without
cutting anything“. But on Saturday’s it considered highly ungrateful to even
touch the scissors. It leads to fights with your family and friends and can also
become a reason for worsened relations.
 The broom vanishes negative energies from home and creates a positive
atmosphere inside the house. However, on Saturdays and Tuesdays, it is
recommended that you should never buy a broom as it might bring poverty
and also harms your financial stability.
 Buying Ink on Saturday’s can turn very inauspicious in terms of study and
career.Aavoid buying or making use of Ink on Saturday.
 Taurus, Scorpio and Aquarius are astrology signs that should especially not
buy ink on Saturday.
 It is also said that making usage on Ink especially blue color disappoints Lord
Shani and there are chances that you might fail in exams. Moreover, don’t try
to fill any important form or agreement with the blue colored ink.
 wearing or buying black shoes on Saturdays is a sign of bad luck for you.
People also that wearing black leather shoes can stop your promotion at work
and even you might get fired from the job. Black shoes can bring failures and
conflicts at your workplace.
 Shani Dev pleased to accept lamps lit with sesame or mustard oil.
 Mix jaggery and sesame seeds and scatter the mixture in an area/ plot of
land, preferably located outside the city or in an open area of land. You may
also fill ant-holes with a mixture of flour and jaggery. Worship Dakshinamukhi
(South-facing) Hanuman to appease Lord Saturn. Consecrate the idol of Lord
Hanuman with oil and seven seeds of black beans.
 Shani Dev loves mustard oil. On Saturdays, people go to peepal tree and
pour mustard oil on the tree branch. Peepal tree is worshiped by Hindus
 because it is symbolic to Shani. It is believed that worshiping the tree before
sunrise impresses Shani Dev.
 If Jalabhishek is performed on Peepal every day except Sunday, especially on
Saturday, then the weak planets of the horoscope are strengthened.
 Peepal tree is immortal and represents the cycle of birth and death, by
revolving around the Peepal tree, chances of getting rid of Kaal Sarp Dosh
prevailing in the horoscope are created.
 Touching Peepal with both hands on Saturday and chanting 'Om Namah
Shivaya' Mantra 108 times can make you get rid of planetary defects.
 If the person who has Pitra Dosh in his horoscope plants a Peepal tree, then
he gets relief.
 People suffering from Shani's half-and-half, dhaiya and bad effects should
offer water mixed with jaggery, milk to the Peepal tree on every Saturday.
Also, light a mustard oil lamp on Saturday evening. 
 Take 11 of Peepal's leaves, and write Jai Shri Ram on them with sandalwood
ink. Make a garland of these leaves and put it on Lord Hanuman. The anger
of Shani Dev will end from your zodiac and you will get fruitful results.

root of peepal under his pillow, will give him health benefits soon.
 Things to keep in mind - Peepal should not be worshipped before sunrise and
should not offer water to Peepal or worship it on Sundays.
 Whoever worships Peepal on Saturday, touches Peepal, all his desires will be
fulfilled. 
 Every Saturday, touch the root of the Peepal tree and offer obeisances and in
the evening light a mustard oil lamp and circumambulate the Peepal tree 5 or
9 times. By doing this all the troubles related to Shani are removed. There is
happiness and prosperity in the family.
 If you are facing problems in your job, or are not able to be successful, then
mix jaggery and water in milk and put it in Peepal every Saturday. If you want,
you can also do this work daily. By doing this, a person climbs the ladder of
success faster.
 On Saturday, pick up a peepal leaf and bring it home. Apply perfume on it and
keep this leaf in your purse. Change the leaves every month. By doing this
there is never any shortage of money.
 Take a mixture of jiggery, black sesame seeds and black gram tied in a small
piece of black cloth and put this in the roots of the peepal tree.
 The devotees are advised to chant Hanuman Chalisa daily to please Shani
Dev.
 On the morning of Saturday, offering water to the tree brings peace to the
mind and a person gets freedom from financial constraints.
 The leaf juice of the peepal tree may be helpful for cough, asthma, diarrhoea,
ear pain, toothache, haematuria (blood in urine), migraine, scabies, eye
troubles, and gastric problems.
 The stem bark of the peepal tree might help with paralysis, gonorrhoea, bone
fractures, diarrhoea, and diabetes.

 It may have an anti-inflammatory potential
 It might act as an antioxidant
 It may have an analgesic (pain-killing) property
 It may act as an anticonvulsant (reduces or prevents the severity of fits)
 It may be an antimicrobial (kills microbes)
 It may help in wound healing
 It may be an anti-amnesic (prevents loss of memory)4

 It might have potential as an anti-Parkinson (Parkinson’s disease is a disorder
