CONTRACTED ROOM RATES VALIDITY

• Above contracted room rates are valid from the dates indicated above.
• Above contracted room rates are subject to room availability.
• The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the rates herein committed without notice in the
event of tax alteration / revisions by the government and service charge amendment
• Agents are not allowed to charge his guests rates higher than the tariff rates.
• During high occupancy, peak months, holidays and / or closed out dates, the hotel will
inform the Travel Agent of its selling rate or package available for such period.
• Contracted Rates are confidential and may not be sold directly to clients or to be posted
on the internet. Rates are not valid for E-commerce promotions.
• All rates are quoted in Philippine currency.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

• Standard check-in time is at 2:00 p.m.; Standard check-out time is at 12:00 noon

• A Booking Order is required to confirm your reservations.

• Room Confirmation Clause

Confirmation Number should be provided by the Hotel for the rooms to be considered
booked/confirmed. Otherwise, booking will not be honored by the Hotel.

• Rooming List
Rooming list with other important and information / data should be submitted to the
Hotel at least seven (7) working days prior to arrival date.

• Room reservations need to be confirmed at least 15 days prior check-in date. Early
arrivals may be arranged but is subject to room availability and confirmation from our
Reservations Office. For check-out beyond 12:00 noon, a half-day charge shall be
applied based on the confirmed rate. For check-out beyond 6:00 p.m., a whole day
charge shall be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation/Modification received 4-6 days prior to arrival shall be subject to one day
rate charge.

• Cancellation/Modification received 15 days prior or less prior to arrival shall be subject to

full length of stay.

No Show Policy:
• If guests fail to arrive on the expected date of arrival, a NO SHOW FEE equivalent to full
amount of the guaranteed booking reserved shall be charged.

Early departure policy:

• There is early departure fee which is equivalent to one (1) night charge. If booked over a
minimum night requirement or on peak occupancy, you will be charged the full length of
your reservation.
• Assignment of hotel rooms shall be at the discretion of the Hotel. However, if requests
for rooms are received with sufficient advance notice, all efforts shall be made to honor
such request.
PAYMENT AND BILLING POLICY

• Guaranteed individual and group booking requires an advance full payment either in
Cash Manager’s Check. Non-guaranteed reservations shall be automatically released by
6:00 p.m.

• If for some reasons a send bill arrangement is granted, a statement of account is sent
within 2 days from check-out time. Payment must be settled 15 days upon receipt of the
billing statement. Delay in payment will have a penalty charge at the rate of 2% per
month until paid.

OTHER CONDITIONS

• The hotel shall not be liable for failure to comply with this Agreement due to force
majeure, natural disaster or other causes beyond the control of the management.
Likewise, the company shall not be liable if the guest is unable to arrive due to a valid
cause beyond their control.

• Image: All advertising and print mediums used by the travel agent to promote the hotel
must have prior approval. The hotel will endeavor to support activities to ensure that the
hotels’ image is projected at required standards and expectations.

• The hotel shall have the right to terminate or rescind this agreement for any breach of
contract or violation of any terms thereof. All rates are strictly confidential; divulging of
rates to other companies shall mean automatic termination of this agreement.

The Contracted Rate Agreement will take effect upon return of signed conforme copy via
scanned email.
