A. Production Commitment

Rates are offered based on a volume commitment of a minimum 50 room nights per annum (the
“Minimum Room Nights”). A quarterly review will be conducted to assess the room night
production and the Company's potential to achieve the agreed Minimum Room Nights.

The Hotel shall be entitled, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies available to it
under this agreement or in law or in equity, at any time during the Term and forthwith upon
notification to the Company, to increase, amend, vary, change or adjust all or any of the terms
and conditions (including without limitation, the Room Rates, Room Categories, facilities and
amenities, Meal Rates and Close-Out Dates) of this agreement and such increase, amendment,
variation, change or adjustment shall take effect on and with effect from the date specified in the
notice issued by the Hotel to the Company.

B. Group Bookings
A Group Booking is defined as 10 rooms or more, with all or the majority arriving and
departing on the same day. Group rates will be determined according to the number of rooms
required, dates of stay, duration of stay and room types available. The Hotel will offer various
room types and corresponding rates available for Group bookings, depending on the availability
of each room type so long as it meets the total number of rooms requested above. Corporate
rates contracted are strictly not applicable for Group bookings. The Hotel reserves the right to
change the Terms and Conditions for Group Bookings (which will differ from Corporate Rates)
and it will vary depending on the specifications of the Group Booking.

C. Conference Facilities

Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta is also equipped with state of the art Meeting and Conference
facilities to assist you with any meetings, functions or events. The 590 square-meter 6 meter high
pillar-less Ballroom and 4 individual Meeting Rooms have the state of the art technical
equipment to ensure the highest level of presentations.

D. Terms and Conditions

• Your preferred rates will be effective 1 January 2016 to 30 December 2016.

• Corporate rates will not be applicable on December 31, 2016 (New Year’s Eve)
• Rates are confidential and cannot be disclosed to any third parties not involved with your
establishment.
• The above rates are in US$ and are payable in Rupiah at the prevailing daily exchange
rate of the hotel.

• The accommodation / hotel bills are to be settled in full every 7 days by the individual in
the event your guests stay for periods more than 7 consecutive nights. If the amount
exceeds the credit card authorization, a further authorization will be taken to cover the
anticipated future expenses.
• The hotel requires full settlement of all charges including miscellaneous charges upon
check out. If your establishment has Credit Facilities with the hotel, the final amounts
must be settled within the stipulated time given by the Credit Department of the hotel.
• In the event that the company has any unpaid outstanding amounts with the hotel for
more than 30 days from date of invoice, this contract becomes null and void.

The late checkout availability can only be confirmed upon check in. A Credit Card
authorization or cash deposit for the anticipated miscellaneous charges will be taken upon check
in. The final amount will be advised and charged upon check out.

We are able to download your special corporate rates on the Global Distribution System (GDS)
with restricted access to facilitate the booking process should you travel arrangement be
coordinated through a business Travel Agency.

We would require the guest name; flight details i.e. arrival and departure, transfer, other
preferences and payment instructions upon reservations.

H. Cancellation / No Show Policy

Rooms guaranteed for payment by deposit, correspondence or credit card would be held for
arrival. Non-guaranteed room reservation will be released by 14.00 hrs on the day of the
anticipated arrival. In the event of a full house/high occupancy situation, the hotel reserves the
right to request for a guarantee/deposit for the stay of the guest.

The cancellation policy of the hotel is 48 hours prior to the arrival. Should a reservation be
cancelled after this time, or result into a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge one
night’s accommodation charge.

A signed copy of all the pages with the company seal must be returned to us by Monday, 11
January 2011 via mail or facsimile: +6221-2993-8889. Upon receipt of your signed copy of the
contract we will proceed to set up your corporate rates in our reservations system.

If we do not receive a copy of the signed contract by the due date, the rates offered will be
deemed as null and void and any room reservations placed with us will be subject to the
prevailing room rate at the point of reservation.
