 Complimentary daily laundry package for 2 persons in The Apartment and 1 person for the other room type.
This service applicable for 4 pcs laundry per set per person (shirt/blouse, trousers/skirt and 2 pcs
underwear/socks) and non-accumulative. Valid for RBF & Laundry Packages.
 Additional Laundry Package IDR 80.000 nett/pax/day
 25% discount for any Food item at HOME Restaurant, Klasse Lounge and Room Service
 Complimentary 1 (one) parking slot.
 Complimentary pick up and drop off service from/to Soekarno Hatta International Airport for any long stay
guest with minimum 30 nights stay.
 Free access to Swimming Pool and Fitness Center
 Room which is equipped with Kitchen, Alarm clock radio with iPod Dock, hair dryer, home
entertainment system with LCD TV and DVD player, steam iron and ironing board, IDD telephone,
water heater, safe deposit box, etc
 Valid until 30 November 2019

Terms and Condition :

· All rates are inclusive of 21% Service Charge and Government Tax, valid from 19 August 2019 until
30 November 2019.
· Full payment and incidental deposit will be required on or before check-in and upon extension.
· Daily extension will subject to publish rate or corporate rate (if available). No long stay benefit and
Tenancy Agreement will be provided.

Please be informed that we will use the minimum stay of 30 nights for longer commitment and annual
commitment.

The tenancy agreement will be in monthly extension agreement.

Corporate rates are available, please send your company details with the authorized contact person to
process with the corporate rate agreement. These rates can be used if you extend your stay under 14 nights
or for short stay purpose. All the payment should be paid full in advance before or upon check in.
