designated hotels
To be borne by Sponsors:
Fabrication of Platinum Suite and allocated room's payments to hotels.

GOLD SPONSOR PKR 4.5 MILLION + TAX

Sponsor will pay this amount to organizing committee to get the privilege of
Gold sponsor.
To be given in lieu of Gold Sponsorship
• One complimentary Gold suite
• Allocation of 2nd highest number of rooms at venue & other
designated hotels
To be borne by Sponsors:
Fabrication of Gold Suite and allocated room's payments to hotels.

SILVER SPONSOR PKR 4.0 MILLION + TAX

Sponsor will pay this amount to organizing committee to get the privilege of
Silver sponsor.
To be given in lieu of Silver Sponsorship
• One complimentary Silver Suite
• Allocation of 3rd highest number of rooms at venue & other
designated hotels
To be borne by Sponsors:
Fabrication of Silver Suite and allocated room's payments to hotels.

Sponsor will pay this amount to organizing committee to get this privilege.

To be given in lieu of Sponsorship:

Space for the registration desk, logo display on bag (size of logo & location

on bag and badges will be advised/approved by organizing committee).

To be borne by Sponsor

Registration arrangement expenses/cost including Bags, Badges, and

fabrication of registration desk etc.

AUDIO VISUALS PKR 4.0 MILLION + TAX
Sponsor will pay this amount to organizing committee to get this privilege, it

include all expenses of audio visuals arrangements.

To be given in lieu of Sponsorship

Space for preview room & logo display on screens in between the

presentations or breaks.

To be borne by Sponsor

Cost of preview room fabrication to be borne by the sponsor.

INAUGURAL DINNER PKR 1.0 MILLION + TAX

Sponsor will pay this amount to the organizing committee to get this
privilege & all expenses of the dinner will be borne by the sponsor. Menu
and No. of Persons will be decided by the organizing committee. Food cost
will be borne by the sponsor. Sponsor’s branding will be allowed in the
meals Area.

GALA DINNER PKR 1.0 MILLION + TAX

Sponsor will pay this amount to the organizing committee to get this
privilege & all expenses of the dinner will be borne by the sponsor. Menu
and No. of Persons will be decided by the organizing committee. Food cost
will be borne by the sponsor. Sponsor’s branding will be allowed in the
meals Area.
LUNCH + TEA ACTUAL COST
Menu and No. of Persons will be decided by the organizing committee.

Food cost will be borne by the sponsor. Sponsor’s branding will be allowed

in the meals Area.

SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS PKR 2.0 MILLION + TAX
Sponsor will pay this amount to organizing committee the sponsor & all
other arrangements for the session will be done by the sponsor.

POSTER EXHIBITION AREA PKR 1.0 MILLION + TAX

Sponsor will pay this amount to organizing committee to get this privilege,
and limited branding will be allowed. All related work to be done by sponsor
& all cost to by borne by sponsor.

SHIELDS PKR 700,000 + TAX

Sponsor will pay this amount to organizing committee. Design of the shields
and quantity will be decided by the organizing committee and the cost of the
shields will be borne by the sponsor.

PRINTING PKR 700,000 + TAX

Sponsor will pay this amount to organizing committee, and committee will
bear all the printing cost.

TRANSPORT PKR 700,000 + TAX

Organizing committee will provide space for transport desk, all arrangements
of transportation as per the requirement of organizing committee and cost will
be the responsibility of sponsor.
 IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note that all package prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
All Sponsors have to manage tax amount at their own, no tax deductions will
be allowed from the Net amount.

ROOM POLICY
Rooms will be allocated to those Pharmaceutical companies who will sponsor
the conference. Each company will give rooms to society with the mentioned
formula
• For Platinum, Gold & Silver Sponsor on booking of 10 rooms & 1 room
will be given to organizing committee.
• All other sponsors on booking of 5 rooms & 1 room will be given to
organizing committee.
• In case of less than 10/5 rooms requirement, still one room will
be given to organizing committee.
