ATTENDEE
Any changes in the number of persons should be informed 72 hours in advance. Should there be a decrease in
number of participant less than 72 hours, billing will be based on the minimum guaranteed number.

ROOM RATE INCLUSIONS
 Flat Rate week end and week day (the rate will be change without prior notice if there any special
event or public holiday )

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ROOM RATES

Special rates are per room per night and inclusive of 21% service charge and applicable government tax.
However, should there be a change in the taxes levied; the new tax will be applied. Special rates are only
applicable for this event only and are not applied for any other periods.

Confidentially – the special rates above are strictly confidential and are not to be disclosed to a third party
without the consent of Padjadjaran Suite Resort and Convention Hotel.

CHECK IN TIME 14.00 Hours

Guest may check into the hotel after 14.00 on the arrival date. Anyone arriving earlier than 14.00 hours will be
checked in as soon as rooms become available.

CHECK OUT TIME 12.00 Hours

Anyone requesting special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of
departure (Subject to Availability).
Should you required to keep your rooms after 12.00 noon check out time, the following will apply:
 Until 18.00 Hours will be charged at fifty percent (50%) on confirmed group rate.
 After 18.00 Hours will be charge at full rate

EARLY DEPARTURE
Should there any guest require an early departure from confirmed booking day and date, a one night charge
would be applied from number of rooms require an early departure.

NO SHOW
Should the group or any individual traveler with the group fail to show, a one night cancellation charge to be
billed to the organizer account.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
It is our understanding that you supply us with a rooming list of those persons who will occupy the block of
rooms of requested. To facilitate the pre-registration process, please provide us with the

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
 50% deposit is required upon confirmation and balance should be settled at the latest 1 week prior to the
group arrival.
 Any additional expenses must be settled upon departure.

Payment should be settled by check, bank transfer, company credit cards, or cash to the cashier at the
Padjadjaran Suite Resort and Convention Hotel.

CANCELLATION FEE
Cancellation or postponed of event could result additional charge with the provisions, as follows:
a. Cancellation 2 (two) month prior to convene of the event could result additional charge of 50 % from
the estimated total cost.
b. Cancellation 1 (one) month until 2 (two) days prior to convene of the event could result additional
charge of 75 % from the estimated total cost.
c. Cancellation 1 (one) week prior to convene of the event could result additional charge of 100 % from
the estimated total cost.
d. Cancellation when the event is carried out could result additional charge of 100 % from the estimated
total cost.
