Deposit Policy
The Guarantee Letter has to be received by the latest on October 13th, 2021.

The deposit can be submitted by credit card, cash or bank transfer to:

Mode of Payment
The total payment has to be settled by the Company Account

Cancellation and Amendment Policy

Please note a cancellation fee of the relevant estimated revenue shall be levied if written cancellation
notice is received as below;
14 Days before the event, 25% of the total contracted revenue
7 Days before the event, 50% of the total contracted revenue
3 Days before the event, full payment of the total contracted revenue
All amendments should be made at least 3 days before the event.
It is agreed upon that if the SEKRETARIAT NEGARA fails to settle the accounts within the agreed
credit period, the hotel will have the right to demand immediate payment on all outstanding accounts
and interest of 5% per month will be charges on all overdue amounts

Confirmation Policy
Currently, your booking is held on tentative basis and we would appreciate your approval and
confirmation by signing and returning the copy of this letter the latest on October 13th, 2021.
However, in the meantime should there be another client wishing to confirm a function on the same day
or venue, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel this tentative booking unless a confirmation has been
received from your organization with required deposit.
