Room Rate is included with : Daily Breakfast, Welcome Drink upon arrival, Tea & Coffee making
facilities in the room, daily Mineral Water in the room (2 bottles)
Check in time : After 14.00 hours, any early check in will be subject to room
availability upon arrival. To guarantee a room for early arrival a one
night room night is applicable prior to the arrival date.
Check out time : 12:00 hours, any late check-out up to 18:00 hours will be charged at
50% and advance notice is required being subject to availability.
Any later checkout will be charged at the contracted room charge.
Additional Airport Transfer : IDR 195.000 net/car/way
(maximum capacity is 3 – 4 persons + luggage in car)
Extra Bed : IDR 250.000 net/room/night

HOTEL INFORMATION
 5 minutes from hotel to the beach
 5 minutes from hotel to the hospital : Surya Husada and Bali International Medical center
 10 minutes from hotel to the police Kuta Selatan office

TERMS & CONDITION

 All arrangements for the above event should have definite confirmation by return
signed group contractual agreement at least by 05 August 2022
 No room are blocked yet until we receive 50% deposit payment in 07 August 2022
 Special rate quote based on minimum number of rooms and package mentioned. Should there any decreasing
number after agreement signed, we will charge based on minimum number of room
as per agreement. Additional room will subject to availability
 Should balance payment not be received before the time schedule, hotel will only accommodate
room and package as per payment received.

BILLING INSTRUCTION
 Accommodation including breakfast to be charged to Company Account
 Other expenses, such as : Laundry, Telephone, Minibar, Room service to be charged to Personal Account

PREPAYMENT / BILLING PROCEDURES

The following schedule will be in effect for the handling of prepayments, deposits, review
and final payment of all room charges and all organized food and beverage functions( if any)
 First deposit 50% at the latest by 07 August 2022
 Balance payment at the latest by 01 October 2022
 The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the rate agreed within the contract period
in the event of tax alterations by Government and Service Charge amendments
 Should balance payment not be received within 7 days after date stated, the Hotel reserves
the right to add a penalty fee of 2% of the invoice for each 15 days of late payment
 All Bank charges should be borne by the sender
