1. In order to confirm your reservation, please send us one of the following options at the latest two days before the guest(s) arrival:
(otherwise your reservation will be cancelled automatically)
 Guarantee Letter : If the payment will be made by your company
 Bank Transfer : If the payment will be made the guest
2. Should the Regional Sales Office or the Hotel not receive option mentioned on the Point 1 upon the guest check-in, the Hotel shall
apply WALK-IN Rate to the guest(s) and should be settled by the guest(s) upon check-out.
3. Your guest(s) will only enjoy your service/rates on the date of Copy Room Voucher is received by the Hotel.
4. Check-In time is 2:00 noon & Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
5. We will hold your reservation above 2:00 noon unless you have guarantee, such as:
 Credit card details
 Deposit 50% or 100% from the total amount (based on hotel’s condition)
6. Cancellations / No Show less than 24 Hours (for individual) or 48 hours (for group) prior to arrival will be charged one night’s stay
on each room blocked and all deposits are non-refundable.
