availability.
Late check-out charge as follows :

 Until 14 00 HRS : free of charge for all rooms (subject to availability)

 14 00 – 18.00HRS : fifty percent ( 50% ) charge on the confirmed group rate
 After 18 00 Hours : Full ( 100% ) charge on the confirmed group rate

CONDITION
50% deposit should be received 14 days before arrival date to secure your booking and the remaining outstanding
amount must be settled 7 days before the group arrival
One week after the Reservation, Hotel should receive news or the booking will be released automatically.

CANCELLATION
Should the company cancel or postpone the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the following cancellation
charges will apply :
1. Cancellation after signed the confirmation letter will be charged 50 % from the total amount.
2. Cancellation 3 (three) days prior to the event will be charged 75 % from the total amount.
3. Cancellation on the date of the event will be charged 100 % from the total amount.
4. Cancellation received by phone will not be accepted.
5. Cancellation has to be written through fax no. 022 – 2505388 to the attention of Sales & Marketing Department.
