TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SPECIAL CAMPAIGN

• Contract Rate cannot be combined with other promotional/rate OR value added benefit OR bonus night
offer
• Rate based on per one night stay and included standard benefit (2 persons per bedroom)
FIT Cancellation Policy
• Prior to 7 days for normal season and 14 days for high and peak season, no penalty fee
• Within 7 days for normal season and 14 days for high and peak season any cancellation is subject to the first
night accommodation at your daily contracted room rate for each room booked
• Post check-in/No Show Post check-in, early check-out or no-show will incur a full cancellation fee
equaling to the total accommodation charge for the intended duration of stay for each room cancelled
Group Cancellation Policy for bookings of 08 or more rooms

• Prior to 30 days (normal season) and 60 days (high season/peak season) No penalty fee if entire or partial
group cancels.
• Within 30 days to 14 days (normal season) and 45 days (high and peak season) 50% cancelation fee will be
apply equaling to the total accommodation charge for the intended duration of stay for each room
cancelled.
• Within 14 days for normal season and 30 days for high and peak season Partial or entire cancellation will incur
a full cancellation fee equaling to the total accommodation charge for the for the intended duration
of stay for each room cancelled.
• Please refer to current contract rate for other terms and conditions
These rates are not permitted for use by the operator or any associated entity on any website or any online
channel that sells direct to the consumer or B2C platform without prior approval by Dijiwa Sanctuaries. Should
we found any prove, we will dishonor the reservation, this contract automatically invalid and Dijiwa Sanctuaries
has the right to discontinue.

These contractual rates become valid only when the signed copy of the contract is returned to the hotel by the operator and acknowledge by the hotel 14 days after the issuance of the contract.
