Estrella Hotel & Conference applies the payment method with the following details:
• Payment is made:
1. 100% of the total cost is paid at the time of the event or no later than 2 (three) days after the event.
• All payments can be made by:
a. Cash, at Palu City Hotel
• Transfer fees and others are the responsibility of the sender.
• Request proof of transfer sent to us via email: selomithanaominatalia@gmail,com phone no : 081315461051
Terms and conditions:
All additional costs are borne by the organizer,
• Guests and invitations are not permitted to bring food and drinks from outside. If guests and invitations to bring
food and drinks from outside, Palu City Hotel & Grand City hotel will charge a corkage charge of 35% of the price of
food and drinks per person, according to the price list of food and drinks in our restaurant.
• The price above only applies to events, dates / times and predefined menus. Palu City Hotel & Grand City hotel
has the right to review prices for any changes concerning changes in the date and time of the event and the menu
selected.
• For event cancellations no later than Palu City Hotel & Grand City hotel receives a notification of 2 (two) weeks
from the specified date. Palu City Hotel & Grand City hotel will impose a cancellation fee with the following details:
a. 3 (three) weeks before the date of execution - 50% of the total deposit that has been paid.
b. 2 (two) weeks before the date of execution - 75% of the total deposit already paid.
c. 1 (one) day before the date of execution - 100% of the total deposit that has been paid.
• That Palu City Hotel & Grand City hotel has the right to change prices according to market conditions.
